Order came late and the items were cold because of waiting on a fourth item. Also was not given my 2 litre bottle of Pepsi.Will they ever be able to get your pizza ready on time? Got to restaurant at estimated time and was told it would be another 30 minutes. Worst service ever. If I could give negative stars I would.
Have tried this location a couple of times now. My orders are always accurate, ready when expected, and everything tastes delicious. Friendly service, too.
I went back for some garlic sauce that I didn't get in an online order and the gentleman gave me a few no questions. Not sure if the lady was asking him if he charged me but when I left she said something to him and he kept watching me as I left, lol. Papa Johns isn't what it use to be when I was a kid but the pizza was still enjoyable.

Tried ordering online but their site kept saying invalid postal code when it's the same as the store location so I had to call in my order. The order total was $6 less than my online order so I asked him to repeat the items and everything was correct. He said it would be ready in 40-45 minutes. I check the order tracker and it shows 65-70 minutes before it will be ready.I go to pick up the food. Took 5 minutes for anyone to acknowledge that we had even walked in. They finally ask for my name and when they bring the food, there was an order of wings missing. They said they could charge me for them but it would be about another 10 minute wait and I didn't want my food to get cold so I said no. Get my receipt and the cost of the pizzas were $6 more than what it shows on the site.While the food was tasty, the service was terrible.

We haven’t had Papa John’s in many years and my husband suggested we try it again. Ordered online, the large one topping special. It was ready in 20 minutes so we picked it up. The gal at the front was really nice and our pizza was ready when we arrived. Totally exceeded our expectations. Loaded with cheese, cooked to perfection and wasn’t greasy. Kudos to the crew working Sat, Feb 24th in the late afternoon.Great value and good pizza! We will be back!

For the love of humanity, GET NEW MANAGEMENT!!!! 2 hour delivery. Ordered at 6:30 pm, order came at 8:30pm. Kids went to bed without pizza. Food came cold. Order messed up. They couldn’t even get the cream cheese icing for the Oreo bites right- I got blue cheese with them. This store gives Papa John’s a bad name. NEVER AGAIN! What a waste of money!

Absolutely horrible! Pizza was undercooked. Chicken wings were sauce less, and the overall texture and taste were horrible. Employee looked confused when I asked for more sauce and was given a bbq sauce cup. Overall horrible experience. Save your money and go elsewhere!

It's a well maintained Papa John's, the pizza is good and it's almost empty most of the time so it's a nice place to sit in a corner and eat some pizza if you wanna be

Ordered takeout for my Family not even 4 hours after eating we all started throwing up! I witnessed the Manager Nicky? Preparing the pizzas then going to the front desk to answer the phone and go back to making Pizza. Very unsanitary. Will not be back. Food poisoning is very serious and can Kill. Please be aware.
