They now go through DoorDash to deliver the orders because they are to cheap to use delivery drivers and their service has gotten far worse. When they forget items they tell you basically to bad, and they can deliver it again but they are going to charge another delivery fee. And if you want a refund they require you to read all your card details over the phone to some random worker. Which defeats the purpose of even using an online app! On top of all that you have to deal with incompetent support staff that offer no solutions other then submitting a ticket and hopefully getting back to you with a solution, so you then have to follow up on a random ticket by calling and trying to find out if your request is approved. Makes no sense! This is why people hate these chain companies because the only way for them to squeeze out more profit year over year is to fire people and provide exceptionally worse service to the customers!

This Pizza Hut is the worse. Ordered food from DoorDash and they just cancel my order. If you can’t fulfill orders don’t be on DoorDash. Then everyone you go in store they always have a problem with the system or their register. Close down because y’all are always a big inconvenience when people are hungry .

Ordered a Personal Pan. Half with ham g pineapple & half cheese only. There was 2 slivers of ham! Sad.

Ordered online realized my mistake but website had a place to change to deliver, was excepted and asked for my address. I waited for a hour and a half then called the number to find out it wasn’t changed and it was waiting to be picked up. Drove up and got it and mentioned what happened only to receive a bad attitude from worker and was told they couldn’t do anything about it. I had tipped $5.00 for driver and Pizza Hut automatically deducted a $5.00 tip for ordering online. So a $10.00 tip to get bad attitude and cold food. Will not be recommending this company to anyone and will be warning any one that asks me if I would recommend.

I'm just so tired of this pizza hut messing up my order all the time. And everyone who works there is so rude. I called and told them what the issues was and the person who answered the phone hung up on me. Customer service sucks just disappointed ?.

Ordered a New York pizza for pick up. Pepperoni with mushrooms and black olives. Crust was good, thin. Picked up order was ready and it was HOT!

Overall flavor was good, however they shorted on toppings... there were maybe 3 peperoni per large slice of pizza.. pizza cost 20$ and had maybe 20 peperoni on it. Same with mushrooms and black olives... if there was an adequate amount of toppings, it would have been 4.5 stars.

Pizza Hut charges you less for a Pizza with just cheese and more for a pizza with just pepperoni and no cheese. This doesn't make sense! I know cheese is much more expensive than pepperonis yet you charge me more to make it without cheese. My order saves you money and doesn't require additional work to make, yet you upcharge me!

Dietary restrictions: If you're lactose intolerant they won't sub the cheese for another (CHEAPER) topping. They will instead charge you for an additional topping and for the cheese you didn't get.

Making employees work without AC for over a month next to ovens is absolutely absurd. Owner is refusing to fix. I'd check on your food. Employees need to all walk out!!

What a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THE EMPLOYEES here!! They don't care about customer service....They are SUPER RUDE. What a way to be treated!!! today I spoke with a chubby guy with a beard, and skinny girl with a hair clip crossing her arms all the time I was there and they didn't want to explain to me about the promotion I watched yesterday on TV or any other meal deal. Unbelievable!!!. I will never go back again to this place. You better go to Little Cesars or somewhere else!!!

I have been ordering from this store for at least 2 years. My melt which I order was cols and cheese was hard. Jessica who is the manager was a very ugly and uncomadating person. Asked for the owners number and she keep hanging up on me because I got loud and she didn't like it. She kept making excuses and would not give the number. She asked for my name I gave it to her and then hung up on me again. What ki d of manager does that to a paying g customer who buys from there quite a lot. What a way to be treated.
Her name was Jessica.
Why in world if you owned a business you would hire someone who fights with your customers. It's sounds like I'm not the first one she's fought with.
