Walked in to pickup an order for an uber delivery, this place should be shut down until they fix the air conditioning. It’s the dead of the summer at this point and it’s even hotter in the store. Absolutely heinous to make your employees work in these conditions. Someone could have a heat stroke. I contacted corporate for these poor guys.

If I could give zero I would. 4 times straight food has been wrong. Even after calling and speaking with 2 managers. Even after getting it remade. On one occasion even someone ate some of my pizza and decided to still send it. I have no idea what is going on with this location as I've never had these issues before. And now that I haven't had them in awhile the 3 times I order its all wrong. Also just FYI I learned they prepare the pizzas ahead of time for the day.......hence getting it wrong as they do not want to add anything on the pre-made ones. So to pay the prices they have and still kot get what you are ordering is a let down. I will mo longer order from here today was the last straw.

Placed order at 5:37 with estimated delivery of 6:27, it's now 7:23....still waiting. Tried to call and it goes to call center where I could only understand every other word. They said they would transfer to store..was on hold 15 mins before I just gave up.

I called in my order and a manager by the name of Jessica waited on me, she was extremely rude and condescending. She got really put out and had an angry tone when I simply inquired about their specials. I didn't like her tone and asked to escalate my concern and she hung up on me. I just wanted to order a pizza..don't know what is so difficult about taking an order over the phone..I will take business elsewhere. Jessica, you greatly lack common courtesy and customer service.

They told me to give the food back to the delivery guy!!!! I have someone in my house with a severe dairy allergy, and I ordered multiple items including pizza with no cheese and a couple toppings. They sent the order, and the pizza came with cheese and no sauce, with the toppings. Weird, but whatever. I called, explained the situation, and they asked if they can send the correct pizza, so of course I said thank you absolutely. The next one came, and it was a regular cheese pizza. I called back at this point because we hadn’t had a chance to eat all day and explained that I just wanted my money back at this point. He refused, then proceeded to say they don’t do refunds. After I made him call the general manager, he said it was confirmed he would be able to issue a refund, he just would have to call the regional manager to authorize it. After that, he told me the only way we were getting our money back was by giving back all the food altogether. They literally sent a driver back out to come and take the food!!! And because there were bites taken out of the other stuff because there are hungry people waiting in the house, they said they probably won’t give me money back! I’ve never been to a worse pizza place let alone a worse fast food joint. Never ordering here ever again, and I will make it clear to everyone I know to avoid this one like the plague.

Went in to pick up my pizza, and Jessica was very rude...I don't know if that was her real name but the time was at. 1230pm on 2/07/25. She came to the counter with an attitude. Great way to loose business.

Walked in to be forced to listen to very loud trendy hip-hop music being blasted on the radio while having to listen to the young brunette female employee trying to sing along to every song played. A lot of curse words were being sung throughout the multiple songs that I was forced to listen to. I wasn't hardly even greeted upon arrival and my order that I was set to pick up on 2 minutes had not even been put in the oven yet. The young employee seemed as if she was hopped up on some kind of upper while working there. She was practically yelling at every customer that she engaged but I believe she felt that she was talking in a normal inside voice. Overall , just not a very pleasant experience whatsoever.

Terrible, no one knows what they're doing. Waited an hour and a 1/2 after it was supposed to be ready. Didn't get what we ordered. They literally just started handing stuff out to people.

Sent my husband to pick up our order because we live too far out for delivery.. haven’t been here in years. He calls me because he had to pay for the order and it didn’t seem right., so I send him the receipt.. he goes in and says I think I got the wrong order. She’s like well I have a few Jessica’s here.. he says ok well you didn’t ask for a last name. She cops a huge attitude ( yes I’m listening on the call) and does what she needs to.. he says: ok we good now? She said I don’t know are you good cuz I’m fine… he’s like I’m just making sure we are good.. she says well my name is Jessica and I’m the manager.. have a better day. He says I don’t know why but you have an attitude. I never write reviews for stupid stuff but damn!

Jessica the manager is a rock star!! Ever since she took over, the food has gotten so much better. Would recommend this location to anyone!
