Bathroom needs cleaning

If I could give this Starbucks zero Stars I would. It's not just been one time. It's been every time I go in there. My drinks are always wrong. The coffee is either burnt or has the wrong kind of milk. No matter what, there's something wrong with the order. More than one time I've had almond milk added to my coffee and I am allergic to it. Clean your equipment and learn how to read stickers. The label on my cup is always correct but it's never made according to the label.
Just go to neider and government Starbucks. Thank me later.

Always a delight when Baristas Katie, Loren,Gio,Matthew and Amanda are working! Quick reliable service and a lovely café. My daughter loved her bacon eggs bites, black and white hot chocolate and, of course, her cake pop. Keep up the good work team ironwood!

Great service and drinks. This location I have no stomach issues, other locations sometimes I have nausea problems of vomiting due to expired or left out creamer. Also, the way I order my coffee the ice melts right were its not over filled by the time I make it to work.

This is Arizona, where it hits 120 degrees, and Starbucks still nickel-and-dimes its customers. After how much money I've poured into their pockets, you'd think a simple cup of water wouldn't be an issue. But no, their policy forces you to buy something, even when the heat is dangerously high. It's absolutely ridiculous that a company this large can't offer basic hydration.

And let's talk about their coffee – they consistently overcharge for burnt, bitter swill. I've been foolish enough to buy it countless times, hoping for better, but they always deliver the same low quality at an exorbitant price. To top it all off, when I was desperate enough to even offer to pay for a cup just to get some water, they outright denied me. Their lack of empathy and common decency in such extreme weather is truly appalling.

If I could give zero stars I would, sharaud has no business working with people as he is rude and unprofessional. Has no people skills and on top of that the drinks were incorrect. The manager would do nothing unless I drove back to the store! No receipt was given and a got a window shut in my face when I asked. Will NEVER come back

I asked for four waters asked if I could get charged for the waters. I was told I have to buy something. I don’t drink or eat sweets. I don’t really like Starbucks products because their food seems fake. I don’t mind a beverage, but I’m not in a mood for a sweet beverage, I just want water. I would happily pay for it, but I was told because changing policy within 110° weather that I had to buy a fruit drink no thank you

Mobile order accuracy has declined substantially. I used to never have an issue with my mobile order and the past month has been terrible! They don't follow the customizations and the lavender powder sits on the bottom of the cup in a huge clump as it's not mixed in. I don't have issues with any other Starbucks regarding this. Hoping the new Starbucks that will open a mile north will be better

I have bought coffee here multiple times always the same 3-4 oz of coffee the other 85%of cup is whip cream avoid this scam Starbucks at all costs the worst in the valley....go to dutch...not kidding . Totally embarrassed of the coffee I brought my mom today on mother's day.

Friendly staff that acknowledges a customers existence when picking up. Most Starbucks rarely do at the mobile order pick-up counter. Thank you for your consistent friendly service.
