Great service great atmosphere ordered the peppermint mocha with caramel and three espresso shots perfect treat. Great customer service from Brooklynn she was amazing at taking the order and meeting my needs. The drink was the perfect treat to start the day.

The Starbucks on ironwood and ocotillo is a great place to go for a great atmosphere and great customer service the staff is always friendly and helpful today I met a barista named Brooklynn she helped with my wife and I's order and looking for a specialty cup as a gift I ordered the peppermint mocha with three shots of espresso and caramel drizzle no whip cream great way to start the day off with a tasteful drink that keeps you going all day!!!

Super slow drive thru why not have the customer who ordered a ton of drinks pull to and empty parking spot and bring his drinks out when they are ready instead of causing a long line in drive thru making those that ordered 1 item wait. 20 min in drive thru ridiculous

I order a coffee quite often and get it doordashed in the morning (too much to drive there before breakfast with the kids😂) and whoever works in the morning is adorable. They write cute little things on my cups and make my coffee JUST how I like it. I always know how it will taste when I order it! The consistency is definitely there. I appreciate you guys more than you know 💜

I waited in line for nearly an hour this morning at the Starbucks store in San Tan Valley (AZ 85143) for the release of the new Bear Cup, only to watch the first person in line purchase all 12 available cups while staff allowed it. I and many other customers had arrived early and were patiently waiting—this policy (or lack thereof) is profoundly unfair.

Starbucks should implement a purchase limit for collectible or special-edition items so that all customers have a fair chance, not allow one person to clear out the stock. This behavior shows a disregard for loyal customers and creates frustration and resentment. I hope Starbucks leadership reviews how this store handled the situation and ensures fairer treatment going forward.

Desired resolution:
• A clarification of company policy for limited-edition items like these.
• A guarantee that future releases will include a clear limit per customer (e.g., 1-2 per person) and enforcement thereof.
• An apology or acknowledgement of how the situation affected customers.

Thank you for your attention to this matter—I’d like to see Starbucks show that it values fairness and its customers, not just the hype around limited releases.

While I’ve been going to this location for years and have always loved all the staff. I have to shout out Brooklynn, she was absolutely incredible! So kind, patient, and genuinely friendly. she greeted everyone with a big smile and even took the time to chat with me while I ordered. while I was sitting and working for about an hour, I kept noticing how she treated every customer with that same kindness

At one point, she helped an older gentleman pick out the perfect coffee, and even walked out to tell him that if he didn’t like it, she’d happily remake it. It was just so nice to see her take the time to care even though she had plenty of other tasks to tend to.
Just such a wonderful thing to see!

Starbucks in general is such a joke. Tell me why you would prioritize DoorDash order over people standing in line? My husband and I waited 25 minutes for one hot drink, when we asked why it was taking so long, they said oops, we lost it in the DoorDash orders, and all employees literally laughed in my face. We proceeded to wait 10 monte minutes and we left empty handed. Embarrassing!

Pretty messed up to deny someone free ice water in Arizona without making a purchase. Atleast give the option to pay .50 cent for the cup.

I’m still scratching my head trying to figure out how the staff there made my 18 drinks in about 5 minutes. What’s more is that they packaged all of my drinks in a super-convenient and sturdy box and then proceeded to take my drinks to the car. I mean, if that’s not going above-and-beyond, then I don’t know what is 💯💯!
