I came into the Starbucks at Safeway since I was in a rush and this was the nearest Starbucks my maps pointed me to. There was nobody there behind the counter or around the area. There wasn’t a sign either saying “closed”, “brb,” “Gone for lunch”. I waited 5mins and even checked online to make sure I was visiting during business hours. I don’t mind waiting even though I’m in a rush, but what’s upsetting is not knowing when I would be helped. I decided to leave and was a bit upset at the experience; to my luck there was a Starbucks across the street and it had a drive thru. The service at the Starbucks across the street was great, I even tipped the guy. Just put out a sign so people know what to expect and they can move along accordingly

I went in this morning and Kayla was such a rock star, there were multiple customers looking for the new release tumblers and she helped each and every one of us. All the gals there today were also super friendly as well, but Kayla went above and beyond to make sure all of us crazy tumbler ladies were taken care of!!

Clean, the staff are terrific and they actually have products like cheese, peppadews, produce like escarole — all fresh and up to Wegmans standards !
The ladies are always very kind. With it always being slow but constantly busy, they do an amazing job as long as you're not in a huge rush. But if you're just looking for a great drink while or after shopping at Safeway. Highly recommend stopping by.

Lauren could use a few customer service lessons. It really isn't hard to say hi I'll be right with you when you're finishing a prior customers order. I worked at Safeway for 10 years in the early 2000s and this would have never been accepted back then. Safeway really should think about retraining employees on ACTUAL customer service.

okay I don't know what it is with the coffee creamer at this location but I bought 2 Chobani sweet cream coffee creamers today, both say use by July 23rd 2021 and I went to go pour some into my coffee and big chunks came out! so I dumped the first one and opened the 2nd one... SAME THING!!! I haven't dumped the 2nd one yet but what the heck!! a while back I had a coffee creamer that someone clearly stuck their finger into the silver seal on the top, that I bought from this location. Im sorry that I'm being really nasty but this is disgusting and really freaking frustrating! I buy this creamer all the time and I have never had it pour out huge clumps! I am really hesitant to buy this again and especially from this location. thanks! Ocotillo and Ironwood

I worked here for a little over a year. They tried to make me work while I was home with the flu and a 103 temp. I was told to either find someone to cover my shifts or come and work anyway. Don’t work here
