I feel like normally Taco Bell has a reputation for screw-ups and not making sure everything is correct or in the bag. I just made a very large order and picked it up. When I got out to the parking lot and went through the bags, everything was there and bagged really nicely. Everyone was friendly this time, and I retract my previous negative review. Whatever you're doing, keep doing it!

I ordered on the app and submitted it inside the Taco Bell and watched them put the boxes in the bags. Me and the kids ate within 3-5 min and everything was far from warm not even close to being hot. Very disappointed

Normally this Taco Bell is pretty decent but lately they have been absolutely disappointing. They forgot a whole Beef Chalupa, two of our four Crunchy Tacos were broken and had no meat whatsoever and the one Chalupa we did get literally had no beef. $29.97 for essentially lettuce and poor effort.

I’ve always been a big fan of this location, but lately, we have had a few errors that make me question the QC process. Today, I ordered 15 dollars for a meal and added the cinnamon twists. When I got home, the twists were missing. I didn’t check my bag as I didn’t know you could mess up a single order. Shame on me as they missed items on the last trip, but that was for 5 people, so I had to give up my portion so the grandkids could eat. I pulled around the corner and the truck, that was in front of me, stopped blocking traffic. When they moved forward so I could pass, I could hear them talking about missing items too. They need to ensure food is in the bag. Simply put, customers should not have to stop in line to check their orders. It’s only a couple dollars, but lately, this location has been slipping.

I usually have a love-hate relationship with Taco Bell, but this location off Hunt Hwy has truly impressed me! I visited at 7:30 AM and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of food that felt more like a sit-down restaurant experience.

My Breakfast Crunchwrap was a standout—every bite was consistently crunchy, flavorful, and had just the right amount of sauce. It was a delightful way to start my morning! Then, I tried the Steak Chalupa Supreme, and it was equally amazing. The shell was both crunchy and fluffy, the steak was tender, and the lettuce and tomatoes added a refreshing crunch. Plus, the sauce was evenly distributed, enhancing every bite without overwhelming it.

I can't speak for how the food might be at other times, but my experience during this early morning visit was nothing short of perfect. If you're looking for delicious and well-prepared Taco Bell fare, I highly recommend stopping by this location!

I went to Taco Bell for their happy hour, which runs from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily. I got in line at the drive-thru well before 5:00, but by the time the car ahead of me finished ordering and it was my turn, it had just hit 5:02. I asked if they could still honor the happy hour price, explaining I’d been in line before 5:00. The employee checked with someone and came back saying no. I think it’s ridiculous that they wouldn’t budge, considering I was already waiting in line. They lost a customer over a couple of minutes—it’s frustrating to feel like they don’t care about keeping customers happy!

Every time i come, i use the drive thru and i always have to check my order because theres always at least one item missing. Well, im done. Today there was 3 and when i got home, found one more. The store is disgusting, and im going to contact corporate. Im done.
