We live right next to one and my daughter loves one particular item so we pickup frequently. Unfortunately today will be the last pickup we ever do there. Every time we have the same order spicy dog all mozz no sauce or drizzle. First 25 trips never an issue but the last 4-5 times we receive it prepared different. Today that meant a basic corn dog laying on a bed for spicy Cheetos crumbles.
2 of last three orders for Cajun fries were regular fries. I’ve spoken to people in store about these issues and asked how to order for what I want and have gotten different answers. All of which end up with a product not served how the request was made. Apparently it’s an unsolvable problem and unfortunately can’t justify spending the $ to never get what was requested. Editing due to response from owner to clarify miscommunication. Also walked in today and had a great experience.

Update: The business responded and all offered to remake our order, I will always give a business and second chance, because things happen. I appreciate them responding to this issue and will take them up on their offer.
First experience and last, food looked burnt, sloppy mess.

Clean environment to bring my family of 4 to eat. Friendly employees, offered to let my sons come watch the process of how they make the food! Employee gave recommendations on food since it was our first time eating there. The potato dog was delicious, the fried are tasty, and the slushie drinks are refreshing. My sons are already talking about what they will order next time!

Their usually really good and very nice girls working but I hyped it to to my family and finally hot them to get it the night someone is being trained which I understand we all start somewhere but they where burnt and small when their usually a great size and loaded. Again I get he's new but then they just looked at me and said there nothing they can do. They are remaking it and I do appreciate that because I hyped them up sooo much. But usually their really delicious I love their frys and their fruit punch

Terrible quality. My wife ordered a potato dog, and the batter was still doughy. I got a spicy dog with extra Cheeto dust and extra sauce, but it looked exactly like a regular one with barely any dust. To top it off, mine was way smaller than hers. Then, I found a hair in my corn dog, so I had to toss it—that’s a serious health hazard.

We also ordered kimchi fries for my 1-year-old son, and they weren’t fresh at all. He wouldn’t even touch them, which says a lot about the quality. I’m not picky or a food critic, but this was just unacceptable and a total waste of money.

The girls behind the counter were sweet, so I’ll give them that, but the quality needs to improve. The owner needs to make this right.

Ordered a potato dog and the batter was still doughy when biting into it. My husband ordered a spicy dog and found a hair inside of his. Highly disappointed. Will not be coming back.

Just walked in and bought what I thought was supposed to be a spicy dog and kimchi fries. The fries were right, however, I got lenjeolmi dog. Whatever that is. The tables were a mess as well. A single employee was working just standing around.

I love how fresh and authentic the Pho was! QUEEN CREEK needs to have a place like this… I’ll be back!

First time trying this place and we really enjoyed it! Service was very friendly. Thanks so much for having a plant based option. Really yummy! Can’t wait to try some other menu items!

ordered the fries and a corndog, it took so long to make the corndog that by the time I got my order, the fries were soggy like no other. Also they didn't even use the Twohands packaging, just styrofoam boxes.
