Vero Chicago Pizza

Visited before Christmas and watched a couple leave because they were seated for 15 minutes or more without anyone coming by to get their drink order. They got up and left.
We came in tonight and hardly anyone was in the dining area. Ordered a small pizza and an hour later, we were surrounded by filled tables all getting their pizzas and food, wondering where ours was. When our small pizza finally came, the bottom was completely burnt.
No explanations to why everyone got their food before we did.

The pizza was decent but the garlic bread was pretty meh. Would to again now that we know which pizza we like. The buffalo chicken was good but didn't like the margarita one .

This was my first time ordering from vero’s pizza. Very interesting. For $21 I’m shocked this is the presentation.

Honestly, food this good should be illegal. I’m not a deep dish pizza fan, but honestly, this place made me love it. It’s the kind of food you miss, hanker for, daydream about. The staff is excellent, food is always fresh and hot. Pizza takes a bit, but I promise, you can’t rush perfection on these pies, with fresh ingredients, and a taste that will leave your jaw on the floor. I won’t stop coming here.

I love everything I’ve tried here. It’s very good, but it’s a very long wait. You’re looking at an hour wait when dinning in or doing take out. There is no way around it.

It was great here, food and service was awesome. While in the bathroom I was able to stare at myself in the mirror while I pissed so that was interesting.

Parking: Its cool, no hassle. Thought it wasn't super busy. Huge parking lot.

Hang out night with some foodie friends and boy were we in for a treat. First off their dough and sauce are made from scratch daily. The atmosphere is laid back, family friendly and offering some great eats. My 10 year old couldn't believe they have crafted boba lemonade drinks. Fun for the kiddos. We enjoyed a few different style pizzas from thin crust to deep dish and butter crust. As well as a calzone. A variety of wings and some amazing fried pizza dough bites with marinara sauce.
Excellent customer service, very knowledgeable of the menu and assisting in great recommendations for us to enjoy. I wish we had room for the Italian beef sandwich but will save that for our next visit.

The Italian beef sandwich with their hot gardenia and cheese is out of this world! Highly recommend try it out you will not be disappointed and their Au Jus is a perfect combination with this sandwich! Never had a better sandwich in the 30 years I’ve lived in az!

We have come here several times. The pizza is world class. There is nothing that tastes poor on the menu. Every server is great. This is a family restaurant with tables and booths. There is also a small bar.

The Pizza is amazing!! I am a pizza lover and I am happy to say this pizza is cheesy and delicious. Great service! Only problem I have is that the kitchen closes early! Wish this would stay open longer because it is worth coming back.

Great (if expensive) pizza. I didn't the atmosphere simply because it was WAY crowded and loud (Saturday night). Night recommend!!!
