We live near Vero and visit this establishment quite frequently as it is one of our favorites. The service is always spot on, the pizza is delish, and it is a clean, fun atmosphere to just get out of the house once in a while. It is obvious that the management has done a terrific job of training their employees. Rachel is our favorite server, we always appreciate her ability to keep up with our sarcasm, and she keeps our beverages full at all times. Sometimes management will stop...

It was ok we asked for Pepsi, we got diet Pepsi. I asked for a glass of water with lemon. I just got a glass of water. We asked for our pizza to be crispy and well done. It was not done. It was mush. The crust was not cooked. We always give it a chance this was the first time back in over a year and still hasn’t changed. The pizza was undercooked. It seems like they don’t listen to the customers how we would like a pizza cooked.

You can’t beat Vero! Vero is one of those unique places. It has character, it has a story and more importantly great people and great food! (I can’t suggest the Chicago fire enough) the staff is always there with a smile and you can tell everyone takes pride in their jobs. Special shoutout to Sage for her exceptional customer service!
