Lilibet’s 21 Cakes is a delightful place with amazing, beautiful, and delicious cupcakes that even non-cupcake eaters will love. The scones are also perfect and delicious. Customers appreciate the impeccable artwork on the cakes and the great selection of flavors available. The vintage China and Teapots used for tea parties are a lovely touch, making events like birthdays memorable.
