Had a great time and learned a lot about all Whiskies, not just Scotch. The pours were heavy too! I would absolutely recommend this for the Whiskey/Bourbon drinker.

The Scotch tasting experience is ideal for the novice and the well-schooled. Greg was our "tour guide" through three 15-year-old scotches. He imparted the factual and folk lore versions of the scotch story. He is very knowledgeable and made the evening enjoyable no matter your level of scotch enjoyment. The group was small - eight people. They seem to have room for up to ten. Most of us were glad we made reservations well in advance. The resort had a bagpiper perform in the area just outside the Scotch Library at 5:30 on Friday evening (the time varies with sundown,) which enhanced the mood tremendously. Took me from the Scottsdale desert to the moors of Scotland.

Our host Greg was phenomenal and we look forward to visiting on our next trip. My husband is fairly knowledgeable about Scotch and Greg introduced him to several new and amazing scotches. He also found something for me, a non-scotch drinker, that I loved!

This Scotch Library experience was wonderful. Guy was knowledgeable and was able to match each one of us with delicious glasses of scotch that matched our taste profile and yet pushed us to try something that we would never have tried. Guy explained the process of making scotch and then went into detail about the nuances from distillery to cask. He even made recommendations when we asked him about distilleries to visit in Scotland. We would definitely to do this experience again (so many scotch to try). Guy made us scotch enthusiasts!

Teresa was superb in her overall knowledge of scotch. The tasting was individually selected and presented very well. There was NO food and the individual taste costs were in addition to the reservation fee. Why was there a reservation fee?
