We were just seated outside and it began to storm. We were told our food would be made to go but after 45 minutes we hadn't been served and the staff were CHAOTIC! The next day we ordered take out. Grilled calamari was out of this World! The pasta was dry and bland and they gave us the wrong dessert.

Seemed good they were closed for a special event. Really sorry our timing was wrong.

My friend and I came here just at the tail end of the lunch rush, which is a good time because there was enough seating for us to make a choice. The place had a cozy, typical Italian salumeria ambiance. We ordered the beef carpaccio over green salad, the caffe crema, a Cosa Nostra sandwich, and a limoncello tiramisu. All were very good and the cafe crema and tiramixu were very rich and sweetened just right. Service was good, though it took a while for our food items to arrive. The savory items were reasonably priced, especially considering the quality, but the sweet items were rather pricey, considering the quantity.

Been going here for years now, my favorite place to eat and hang out. Giovanni and his family are wonderful. Amazing people who literally treat me like family. The food is amazing and I never leave not overly stuffed. Authentic as you're going to get, they spares no expense on importing the finest and freshest ingredients from all over the world. Not to mention the prosciutto he makes in house and ages for two years. If you're gonna go into this restaurant and you're gonna complain, trust me nobody's cares. This place has been here forever and is basically a landmark and it's not going anywhere. so save all your negative reviews and go someplace else and eat and complain. Leave my Familia be.

Terrible experience and we didn't even stay to eat. The hostess was putting someone's name on the waitlist for a table and saw me walk in behind them. When the hostess was done, she completely ignored me and walked away to set up extra tables and chairs. She was even sitting in the chairs to see how they were with the table she brought in. Still I stood there waiting for her to come back and greet me. SHE NEVER DID. I had to stop her and ask her how long the wait was and she said about 30 minutes and she just left me standing there without asking me if I wanted my name put on the list. I have never been treated with some disgusting behavior from a restaurant employee in my life. That woman has no idea how to do her job or be decent to customers that walk in there hoping for an enjoyable evening. This experience was beyond upsetting, I will never be back.

We often come here when we want a nice delicious sandwich. All the ingredients are fresh and it seems authentic Italian. My husband loves the Italian desserts.

Claim a table with a table #. Then, go up to order if you are dining in. They will ask you for the table #.Bruschetta is always my go to. The paninis have the right ratio of cheese and meat. If they run out of foccacia, don't worry, the baguette is just as good.If you have room, the pistachio tiramisu is so light not as sweet but flavorful.
