Went and got a family meal deal late at night. We didn’t feel like we were being rushed like most places make you feel coming at the last hour they’re open. Juan went above and beyond for us. He was so attentive and had a smile on his face. He also loved our dog so we got to talk dogs with him while our chicken was cooking. We love Arby’s and will definitely be visiting this location again! I tried to write this review off the receipt but the QR code wouldn’t work and...

I just had Very extensive dental surgery and I can only eat soft things. When I went through the drive-through, Graham took my order and he was so kind and so patient and I explained my situation. He then went and made sure everything was soft enough and even had me take a bite at the window. I had a better customer service Experience with him, then I have at five star restaurants. He is an absolute angel, and he has no idea how his kindness really made my night.
