Asian Island Chinese Cuisine AZ

Interesting a Chinese restaurant doesn’t know difference btw sweet and spicy. I ordered spicy dish in menu and asked extra spicy got the sweetest food I ever ate in a Chinese restaurant , when I let them know (didn’t even ask for refund /replace) she kept arguing .

Food was very tasty and Affordable. Had a good selection of vegetarian recipes. Egg Foo Yung was really good. Loved the potstickers!!!!

Pretty awful - wouldn’t eat here again ordered orange chicken . Tasted and looked awful .

I ordered via their website, got a confirmation email, and was told 45min. I showed up 45min later and was told they weren't making online orders. So he takes my order on paper and says it will be ready in an hour. I leave and come back and an hour later and he says "we are going to make this order". Note I tried to call halfway into the hour and make sure they were making it and their phone was disconnected. So finally after coming back in to ask for names/clarification they finally said they could make the order. I waited 20min after ordering for the third time, finally get my food 2.5 hours after my first order. This was on Christmas so I'm sure it's an extra mess, but don't leave up online ordering if you don't plan to make it, and don't take my order and then when I get there for a second time tell me you're not going to make it after promising you would previously. Incredibly unprofessional.

If you want to wait 2 1/2 hours for a simple hour order this is the place.

Tried a new place from Grubhub. Asian Island Chinese Cuisine choose stops as far west as Hawaii and as far east as Vietnam. If you like your spicy ? food mild right off the menu is your style. But if you like your Mongolian Beef to put a glow on your brow s make use of your beer just ask for ???. When my order arrived in a box I thought I over did it. However after two plates I was sure everyone would be in the fridge tomorrow to claim a share of their favorite.

Out shopping and looking for dine in near by, and Asian Island was open. Food was fresh and service was friendly, restaurant was clean. Geeat atmosphere, felt great to be able to sit and eat a good meal without having to eat in the car.

If there were negative stars, I would give them one. I was raised in Asia, but have lived in the US for a long time so I'm use to sub par Chinese food. This was, categorically, the worst I've ever had. The egg rolls were soaked in grease. They were cooked in cold oil. The General Tso's chicken was completely burnt. It stunk up the house and tasted awful. The hot and sour soup was gelatinous and inedible. I dare say is the most foul food I've ever tried to eat. We had to throw it away outside the house. STAY AWAY if you care about your palate.

I love this place so much. I wish I could stop here everyday. Delicious food!

Found larvae in my egg drop soup I advise nobody to ever eat here ever. I want to share a picture I’m not sure how I also have a video. I’m calling the health department today..

Some of the best Chinese food I've ever had. Quality cuts of meat, GENEROUS portions, suuuuper accommodating to special requests. The staff are very, very friendly and remembered our family's (4) order on our second visit! We absolutely love them and their food.

Wonderful food and staff! There is already a very large selection of choices but I ordered something that wasn't on the menu, tofu curry, and they made it super delicious! We are definitely coming back, much better alternative to Panda Express.

Great food ! The dinning environment is clean and comfortable. Karen is super friendly and professional. Asian island will be the best place for me to have lunch in Scottsdale! Highly recommend !!!

I always love coming here for a quick lunch. There is no better deal around then their lunch buffet and the service is always very kind and top notch. Their sesame chicken is so good, not too sweet but with a good strong flavor. Definitely a weekly trip for me and my work crew.
