From the outside, the Atlas Bistro and wine shop may seem closed. They may even seem closed if you press your nose against the glass, as I did. As it turned out, the dark tint of the glass hides two gems within: a wine shop and intimate dining room. The restaurant is BYOB, so you can either bring a bottle or two with you, as we did, or buy a bottle in the wine shop, which we also did because it has such a great selection from the world’s top wine-producing countries. But...
The ambience alone was truly warming and the service added to a greater experience. As for the meal, I truly enjoyed the entire course but there is something about the 3rd dish that stands out for my taste-buds the most. ?
Fine dining in this small, charming restaurant is unsurpassed. Portions are on the small side but the food is all delicious. I like that it’s BYOB and attached to a superb wine store. Reservations are a must.
