AZUL Clubhouse Breakfast & Evening Reception

I had considerable expectations for this hotel, though it resembled more of a motel with the staff and noise. The ongoing renovations at the rear, which involved jackhammering for a significant portion of the day, greatly affected our experience. When we communicated our dissatisfaction regarding the noise and discomfort, the staff inquired about our stay. Unfortunately, we expressed our disappointment, as the loud environment made it impossible to rest, particularly in the mornings, compounded by the disruptive yelling from the workers. The manager dismissed our concerns, offering a feeble justification that the disturbances lasted only five hours, leaving us feeling disregarded. The accommodations were acceptable but somewhat unclean, and the dining options were subpar but the pool area is very nice. Furthermore, the level of customer service provided by the staff was lacking. Overall, we were extremely disheartened by our decision to spend our vacation at this establishment.

I love this place is so relaxing 😎 my favorite resort by far. Phenomenal cocktails and I love the outdoor fire pits. I definitely missed my morning made to order omelette when I left 🥹. We will be back for sure. 10 outta 10 I definitely recommend!
