Black mold! As soon as we entered the room, there was an overwhelming smell of musty mildew to the point where it was hard to breathe. Upon further inspection, we could see visible black mold on the air vents. This hotel needs to be condemned! We left immediately and did not stay, yet they did not apologize or help to find us another hotel and no admittance to the horrific mold problem. Stay away!

Well friends, this started as a fun day enjoying Scottsdale. I was about turn in for the night, i went to the bathroom to brush my teeth a disgusting roach ran across the sink!!!! When I told the manager, he was so unsympathetic I guess this happens to their guests all the time. Friend avoid this place!!!!

My wife and I recently traveled to the area from out of state for a surgery and elected to stay here for about 2 weeks. Our experience was nothing short of amazing. The front desk staff were all so friendly and helpful. They would greet us every day with a smile and make sure we had everything that we needed. Breakfast was great each day. Made to order omelettes along with a variety of breakfast buffet items. Free drinks each day at a little "social hour" from 5-6:30 was such a great perk! It was so relaxing to sit around one of their many fire pits while enjoying a drink. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Heating and cooling worked well for us. The ONLY issue that I can think of was that a couple elevators were undergoing maintenance. But that didn't bother us any to be honest. The best part of our stay was meeting the manager, Arezoo. She went far out of her way to make sure we had anything and everything that we needed. She checked on us each day after the surgery and even took more time out of her day to hand deliver some items that we requested. She always would greet us with a genuine smile and ask how we were, how the stay is going, what she can do to make things better, etc. She would actually take time to connect and talk to us. She is a light shining bright at this resort and I can not say enough good about her. Everyone we met here was so great and she was the icing on the cake. Such a great stay. We will be back, 100%.

The service at this location is absolutely atrocious. The front desk employees say one thing but then do not go through on what they say. They made an honest mistake. Instead of owning up to it after saying they would take care of it. They instead decided to cross their fingers, hope that we would forget, and then just ignore it. There was zero communication. The staff were given hours to communicate. Either a call or even a simple message send via their app. Instead, they decided no communication at all would be best. Surprise, we didn't forget. Instead, I had to follow-up with them 9.5 hours later at 10 pm at night to be told they were not going to follow through after being told "We will take care of it." at 1:30 pm. The only thing they "took care of" was making an extremely brand loyal guest considerably upset and angry. Due to this, I have now cancelled multiple future reservations I had at Hilton brand hotels. This location is extremely unprofessional and absolutely a smear on the reputation of the Hilton brand. Do not stay here. Literally stay anywhere else. Even the Red Roof Inn down the road has to have staff who are more honest and professional. Hilton absolutely trashed our birthday celebration weekend. Do not ever stay here. Their name has the word "resort" in it but honestly I'm pretty sure they meant to put the word "scam".

I really enjoyed this hotel! It has a cozy feel. I will say the yelp photos look much fancier than the actual property. Very large hotel property. I was lucky to have a room close to the pool area. Pool is a decent size with ample seating, as well as a small hot tub. I enjoyed the free happy hour. Not many vegan snacks but they did have some veggies (cucumbers, tomatoes). I didn't get a chance to try the free breakfast unfortunately as I was in town for an event. I appreciated the complimentary shuttle. Gary was responsive & great. However I did have some issues on one day when I tried to both text & call the hotel. Kept getting put on hold at the hotel and never got an answer from the text. After 30 min of waiting gave up & called a Lyft. The room itself was nice with a Keurig inside and sink/microwave. Separate seating area and bedroom, almost like a 1-bedroom college apartment. Overall I quite enjoyed this hotel & it will be at the top of my list for a return trip to Scottsdale.

Three of us stayed at the Hilton @5001 N. Scottsdale Rd. as part of a large tour group that attended the Nascar Chapionship Finals from 2 Nov. to 5 Nov. Two of us have stayed there before. The staff, the amenities, the general condition and looks has been good. The breakfasts were great and we didn't get to partake in the "evening reception" but the times we had been there before it was good. We were in room 319 and I have say, the room looked OK until I noticed my CLEAN white socks, after I had walked around in the room, before we went to breakfast, were discustingly filty, almost black from the carpet. I hope they will replace or shampoo that carpet SOON !!! I truly do not think that a shampoo will clean that type of filth but IF they replace it, I hope they VACUUM AND SHAMPOO OFTEN.

RUDE RUDE customer service! I've been attempting to check on my reservation by calling the hotel. I was put on hold for many times then someone answers and just slams the phone! I tried a different prompt and finally got through to a man. I asked him about my reservation and he said he didn't see it and since I book through a 3rd party, it usually takes longer and slams the phone on me!! How rude and disrespectful! I just booked the hotel and my trip isn't here yet, but I'm probably going to have to just cancel due to the rudeness of the staff!! I hope this message gets to the corporate so they know how rude of an employee they have and maybe should reconsider training the individual. The calls were made on 11/16/2023 from 8:09 AM PST to 8:25 AM PST! 4 attempted calls. 3 pick up and hang up and 1 pickup and hangs up without finishing my conversation!

Always a great time. Amazing staff. I've been coming here for over 15 years for girls weekend and staycations. The breakfast is delicious and worth the stay.

We stayed for one night and it was great! The hotel is huge. There are 2-3 buildings? With a pool house in the middle - that's where they hold their complimentary breakfast and happy hour. The check-in process was easy. The gal at the front desk was really friendly. I was about an hour and a half early to check in and she was nice enough to provide us with a fairly good room. Our room was really spacious and comfortable. We had several T.V.'s, a microwave and fridge, dining table, pull out couch and full desk. It was plenty of room for four of us. The one thing we didn't like about the room was the bathroom door was more like a siding door that didn't close all the way. So odors from the restroom escaped and it wasn't sound proof. LolWe enjoyed happy hour. They had a lot of alcoholic drinks on their menu and snacks! This was probably the best happy hour I've had at an embassy. They offered cheese, salami, crackers, potato chips, Chex mix, fruits and veggies. There were plenty of seats available too and all the tables were clean. We had a similar experience for breakfast. They had a large variety and a create-your-own omelette station. The Embassy is always a great place to stay but we enjoyed this Embassy stay the most!

Fantastic ball rooms. Separate building and tons of parking. Great event venue! Came here for powerlifting america national powerlifting meet. It was broadcast live on YouTube and the room, bathrooms and parking were absolutely fantastic. This is only a review form a day use customer but the location is fantastic. I'd stay here if I wanted to be able to walk to the mall and old town from my hotel.

Stayed here for Memorial Weekend. I have been staying at Embassy Suites lately for the consistency I have been experiencing in San Diego and Hawaii. Had a nice easy check in and upon entering the room, it felt nice and spacious, as expected. However, I started noticing an issue with cleanliness. Our daughters feet were filthy black the first night so we went to wash them off in the tub and found the tub was cracked and the cracking had sharp edges. Called front desk to have backtub pads brought, which never came. Called back a few hours later and was told I housekeeping likely left and I'd have to wait till morning.About that same time, we noticed our daughter's feel were black again. We then checked our own feet and they were the same! It was because the carpet was very dirty. We resorted to wearing our shoes inside the unit. The next morning, I called front desk again. Waited over an hour again and still no pad for the bathtub. I went to front desk and then person there apologized and said she was very busy but she was going to do something about it. Went back to the room and a few hours later, she said she was sending someone to bring the pad. She also apologized and said she was going to waive the daily resort fee. I thought, "Ok, that is fair for the issues we have been experiencing." Had that actually happened and I did not get a credit card charge for the daily resort fees, this review would have been 4 stars since they did a proper make-good for the inconveniences.

Horrible hotel first off only one ice maker works according to the front desk. Some of the elevator where broken. The doors have massive gaps. The sink did not drain. The toilet paper holder was gone and toilet paper on the floor. The shower stopper was just laying in the middle of the shower. Save your money and go to the Hilton garden inn a mile up the road.

Ryan greeted me after a long day of traveling and delayed flights. Was friendly and quick with check-in. Really appreciated all the safety measures and his explanation of the grounds. Every staff member was great, and the housekeeping was absolutely perfect. While out at the pool, Raymond came over with towels and set up a chair for me before going to get ice water. I know he will be a top server when he moves up. Javier chatted with me while waiting for an Uber and loaded my suitcases into the car. Was a great final experience at a nice restaurant. Food and drinks were unimpressive, especially for the price. Grounds are beautiful and definitely worth exploring.
