Only 2 stars cuz the male host yesterday was nice when I walked in and welcoming, and gave a genuine happy goodbye when I left.
Missing 3 stars because I overheard employees making comments about my allergy, which I did not appreciate. If you’re going to talk down on guests do it in the back of house, not 5 feet away from me, thanks. Did not ask to speak to manager because I’m not a “ Karen “. I’m civil and unconfrontational.
Will not be back due to the comments made by the front of house staff.

Google and front door states open at 4pm. Went here for my 45th birthday to have some drinks and dinner but the bartender decided to set their own hours and lie to us and say they don’t open until 5pm hence the doors being unlocked. 18 mins til 5pm, really you couldn’t allow us to hang out until you finished your side work? Guess I’ll drop my money at Maple & Ash or whatever better place will take my money

We always come to B&B and we were greeted by Maddy and she was so sweet & so nice! She really went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. All of the other times - the other girls who serve are so snobby.

Great place to meet and catch up with friends in Old Town. Staff was polite, friendly, and answered all our questions. Sushi was excellent, and the meatballs were super tasty.

Only went in for a drink after dinner. Drinks were good and the bartenders were attentive.

Ashton was amazing! As a server assistant he went above and beyond and I am appalled to hear he is not a server. The attentiveness of himself and the rest of the staff made all of the difference. Ashton is the reason I’ll return. Great service and wonderful atmosphere. 10/10 would recommend!!!

Really disappointing experience. Definitely would not ever eat here again. Ambiance and location are great. Food was priced like a steakhouse but the entree was what I would expect from a Denny's. The appetizer was a flat bread with a cheese dip. It was tasty but a hilariously large amount of bread for a personal app (it was a prix fixe menu for restaurant week). Then the steak (New York strip) came out. Two of us ordered it medium rare, one of us ordered it medium well. They all came out medium well. I tasted the steak and the flavor was decent (if I lowered my standards to what I'd get at a Denny's) but the other person who ordered it medium rare was going to send hers back so I did as well. Green beans tasted like they came from a can. Not much else to say about them. They brought the new steaks out a few minutes later and had us check. They were overcooked again, medium this time. We decided to just keep them at this point. The flavor was way worse on this second steak as well. Not sure if they didn't season them or otherwise gave us a lower quality steak, but the medium well one I'd had one bite of had a better flavor, so they definitely skimped somehow on the second one. Dessert was a crème brûlée. It was decent but uninspired and didn't taste scratch made — something I'd expect at a place half the cost. The cocktails were $22 each, and they made a big show about adding the smoke to the smoked cocktail (which added zero flavor), but the cocktails tasted uninspired and bland too. This place is all sizzle, no steak (pun obviously intended). Another place taking advantage of golf bros and bachelorette parties in Old Town.

We attended the 2XO Dinner in the lounge. The event was excellent although it started a little late. The host was very informative, the food was outstanding and we went the next to two different liquor stores to purchase The Blend and The Kiawah! Great additions to our bourbon collection. Service was outstanding. We really enjoy Bourbon & Bones in Old Town and Peoria!

This place is absolutely amazing! Ty is an excellent mixologist and knows how to blend flavors together to present them in a concise recipe for consumption. The drinks he makes are superbly manufactured and blend well. He has a gift that should not be ignored. Many mixologists can put together recipes but Ty can absolutely blend them into what you want and desire. He absolutely has a gift in his craft. FIVE STARS for Ty. The other staff, especially Jace, care about providing an outstanding product and make this place an absolute MUST DO!! Thank you for your professionalism!!
