Soccer Mom
We were in town for a soccer tournament and had 34 people that we needed to feed and entertain! We had a miscommunication and nothing had gotten booked. I reached out to Backyards AZ and Eric called me immediately. He worked with me and built a custom buffet to feed our 17 girls. He had the buffet ready when we arrived and the parents were able to relax on the coaches and enjoy drinks, food, and the final four on their multiple tvs on the patio. When the girls finished eating they were entertained with cornhole and giant jenga until we were all ready to head back to the hotel. In addition to the great experience, the food was also delicious. Everyone enjoyed it and left happy.
Took my daughter’s soccer team here after a game, and the service was awesome! We had a big group, but the staff handled everything smoothly—great food, super patient with the kids, and really friendly overall. Definitely a great spot if you’ve got a big crowd.

from the moment we walked in, we were treated like an inconvenience. repeatedly had to ask for things we ordered, but weren’t brought to us. received dirty looks from staff throughout our meal. had the pulled pork. i can only describe it as being slopped onto the bun, the bun just completely broke apart. wayyyyy too expensive for chicken tenders and sandwiches. ordered to side of fruit, it was watermelon chunks only…not a good experience at all…visited 3/15/25, approximately 12:30, party of 8.

The food was sub par all the way around. I went there with a big group of coworkers and everyone agreed that the food was not good. The only thing that was good was the chicken wings, everything else was far from memorable. Service was good and that’s the only reason it gets as many stars as I am giving it.

I spend the fall and winters in Scottsdale and have probably been in here 150 times. I walked in today and was told “people might have to sit with me” if I didn’t hurry??? Lol okay understand if they have something reserved or whatever. I literally wanted to eat a burger for 30 mins before I check in my air bnb. It was nowhere near the gametime and people began coming in, a guy that I guess is the owner or manager scoots another table towards me and looks right at me with the other people standing there and says “you’ll be combined with this table because he will be leaving soon” as if that’s not going to make me feel awkward or uncomfortable???? Complete jerk move. I literally wasn’t even given 25 mins to eat a burger and I was rushed off. Then to say “ we weren’t rushing you” clown you made it a point to rush me?? I am only here a few months a year but always make it a point to come here, and that ended today. Rudest most disrespectful customer experience I have ever had. I guess don’t ever stop in here for a quick bite unless you are a fan of 3-2 unranked USC. Complete disrespectful joke that I will follow up on further.

We came in a Thursday night, place was dead for a Thursday night, (first red flag, taking in consideration is Thursday Football) Jessica was the server/bartender. She was busy but her service still decent. She covered the whole restaurant. (Second red flag, I did not see a manager at all) We started with the wings, wings were good, their Parmesan garlic could be better but they were cook great. The problem started when the nachos, street corn and Chilli burger came out. My nachos looked like were seating under the heating lamp, the chicken felt cold, dry and my “nacho sauce” was solid. My daughter’s corn came looking and tasting like they open a can of yellow corn and add so much tajin making it not edible at all. And husband burger which was requested medium temp came very overcooked and in a awful bread that end it saggy and gross. No burger bun at all. I just feel like if I am spending over $100 dollars in bar food it should be tasting decent, I regret not going to Chilli’s We end very grossed out. IT WASN’T EVEN BUSSY! only 3 people seating in the bar!!! Still we left $130.00 to pay for our food and gratuity.
