North at Kierland is a fantastic venue. The food is great, the service impeccable, the ambiance the best. My dinner partners had not been there before and are most eager to return (as am I).

I always dine at North Italia when visiting Scottsdale! Their food, service and ambiance is amazing. They have a great vibe and it can get loud in the main dining room, however its fun! I highly recommend dining at North Italia.

North Italia is one of my favorite places, not only in Phoenix, but Dallas and Kansas City. Food is always very good, service top notch. Only complaint about the North Italia at Kierland Commons is that it is quite noisy.

I have been going to North Italia for over 10 years and have always enjoyed it. It's been a solid "go to" for family outings or get togethers with friends. You can always counts on the consistency and great atmosphere. Sadly this recent visit was anything like past experiences. We started with 2 appetizers, calamari and meatballs. The calamari came out "ICE COLD". We advised one of the wait staff and they simply took them away and sent a replacement. No apology acknowledging the cold food. When the replacement order came it was hot but the overall product has changed. It's now in a heavy "beer batter" coating and they are greasy and simply not at all as good as they used to be. The meatballs are still excellent. Then we received our salads which were fine and then on to the entrees. Once again 2 out of 3 meals arrived cold. The pasta order and the other order which included a side of pasta was unacceptable. The waiter was advised and the pasta side order was replaced. Once again, nobody acknowledging the cold food or "can we do anything to make it better. There appeared to be two floor managers as well as an outside kitchen manager watching food going out. This was a Tuesday evening and perhaps I could accept this if the restaurant was jammed on a weekend but even then someone should have approached us and said we are sorry for the poor execution.

Great food, service and ambience. We were celebrating my daughter's 29th birthday. We had a party of eight. We were not rushed and enjoyed every minute of it. We sat outside on the patio. Great place for a special occasion! The truffle garlic bread was amazing!

The food and service was excellent. However getting a reservation is extremely difficult through Open Table for the times and days desired for only two. So, we were lucky that while reserving Open Table, which Initially Always shows NO reservations available for our desired time. But after playing around with Open Table — which seems intentionally designed that way — we at last secured a Table. So, while the food and service was great at North Italia, Open Table reservations is Intentionally Restrictive for hours and days that they are pushing, as if limiting opportunities for reservations.

Great food and service as always - only issue I had is the server came back twice saying my Apple Card was denied during checkout. Ironically I used the card before dinner and after dinner while shopping so I wasn't sure what happened. Thank you
