Food is always good this time was poor food quality and customer service..Rare at any barros...said 45 min from ordering...got there about hr after and not ready. Waited...got pizza and wings cold and pizza cold.

The staff here need a training course on affirming orders before customers pickup their food. I ended up getting a thin crusted pizza when I didn't order it. When I checked, my order belonged to someone named Tim. Clearly, that's not my name. This ruined my whole dinner plans and my family is now starving because of their mishaps. My dog who likes pizza crust is now sad because he didn't get to have any. Thanks a lot Barro's!

Placed a phone order for a thin crust pizza(2 toppings on the whole pizza, and 3 Additional toppings on one half) at about 7:41pm tonight. I was told it would be ready in 20-25 minutes. I arrive at about 8:05pm. I was greeted by a girl at the register and asked if I could be helped. Told her I was picking up an order. She pulled it up and said hang on and ran out the door. She comes back in a minute later and said that she had given the pizza to a door dasher with the same name by accident and she was sorry. She said she’ll have another one made right away. I told her to hang on because wasn’t sure if my gf and I could wait another 20-25 minutes plus drive time for dinner. She said it would take about 10 minutes. I’m hungry and I know my gf is too so I decided to wait. She gives me a 25% discount which was appreciated. So, I wait 15 minutes…pizza finally comes and I head home immediately. I get home and open the box and it does not look like thin crust, at all. My gf tells me she isn’t eating it and goes to bed. I call back at 8:38pm to let the store know that I did not receive what I ordered. Gentleman on the phone assured me that they used the right dough and it could be possible that the press wasn’t working properly…or whatever. He apologizes and gives me an additional 10% that should be refunded to my card. Irritated and hungry I say okay and proceed to eat my “thin crust” pizza while my gf sleeps hungry. Then I realize I paid in cash. What a night…it wasn’t even busy. One 4 top when I arrived and another 5/6 top as I was leaving and no food in the warmers. Come on guys!

What a wonderful service, I originally ordered a medium barro's special for pick up, went there on time, and these two gentlemen nicely explained my order and even upgraded the size of the pizza for me, I wish I had extra cash to tip them.

Pizza was good! Very thick crust (yet soft) but not as thick as deep dish. Definitely thicker than normal though.

Not even trying to rank it against east coast slices or anything like that. It’s just straight bad on its own, no flavor at all to the cheese or bread. I am not picky when it comes to pizza but absolutely no to Barros. And the working college kids never know which way is up…which par for the course there…and if the food was good that could be overlooked but holy hell idk how Phoenix/scottsdale keeps this place going.

Rude incompetent staff, telling me to be more clear, when I literally walk in do you have lunch special.

Door dashers are killing your excellent pizza go back to delivery by your own drivers on the weekends! Lots of places need to do this!
