Arrived to collect a Doordash order, wait at pickup line, but staff prioritized dine-in customers line, ignoring me. After 20 mins, told to join dine-in line. What's the point of having delivery pickup line?? Why did they still receiving order from Doordash if they are not willing to serve it??It's end up with customer cancel the order for long waiting. I am wasting my time for nothing and lost opportunity to get another order.Frustrating experience!

Went today 2/23/24 between 12:30-1:05pm the front staff is horrible. The girls running the register, and dishing the pizza were so polite to ANY male customer flirting, and catering; but as my friend, and I are both women we were met with nothing but smug attitude. The only customer service clearly exists only if you are male. Mind you it’s this establishment I’ve never had this experience at other Barro’s restaurants. It’s inexcusable that none of the booths were cleaned even though they were vacant. I was even meant with attitude over requesting a to go box. Worst experience EVER!!!!!
