Loud LOUD. service was subpar. No one knows their head from a hole in the wall. Service was super slow. Everyone said they were new.

Just ended up leaving because the door guy sat there and questioned my Texas ID for about 5 minutes. I’m almost 30 years old by the way. Just doesn’t really seem like they know what they are doing there.

Oh they also punished people for having disabilities and laugh when they fall.

Yea, this place is sub. Food was cold, had to send it back for re-heat. Cocktails were ok, for the price they should be made properly. Ordered nachos, never came. Did have lots of TVs the staff were nice but just not very good. Won't be going back.

place feels like a home away from home. friendly staff and always a good time out with friends

Refusing service to a disabled young lady is absolutely ridiculous. Everyone involved in this should be embarrassed. Hopefully the right changes can be made 100%Do Not Recommend there are plenty of places that treat people with disabilities great.

Absolutely disgusted by the staff here. They discriminate against disabled people and laugh in their faces upon entry. Take your business else where. Be better humans.

A sobriety test for a woman with a disability all while laughing at her? We will not be visiting this establishment! The management and staff need to undergo some serious training on accommodating people with disabilities as well as recognizing the signs of a truly intoxicated person vs a disability.

As a disabled person. I was rejected at the door Friday night for the way I was walking up to the doorman. He grabbed my ID, then the doorman and manager proceeded to tell me I was “too drunk” to enter. (I was sober) they made me stand on my bad leg and do a sobriety test. I fell over because I do not balance well on that leg. They rejected me and made me feel humiliated in front of my friends and the bottle service girl, manager, and doorman was laughing at me after I told them I was disabled and did not care at all. Do not recommend. They discriminate against people with disabilities

If only my friend would've been allowed in, this review would be different. She's disabled, walks with a limp and struggles to fully use her hand. The door people, bottle service AND the manager had her do a sobriety test in front of everyone, assuming she was drunk even though she stated MANY times she was disabled. The sobriety test involved standing on one leg (remember how she can't do that well?) and counting on her fingers (this too) at the same time. She failed, because of course she would!! But she still tried to comply, despite her telling them of her disability. She was then LAUGHED at and turned away. She was belittled and humiliated in front of our group and the patrons of this discriminating, disgusting establishment. You should not only be ashamed of yourself as a business, but as humans! Do better.

Absolutely unacceptable behavior from the staff here for turning away someone who tried explaining their disability. Makes me disgusted. Be better.
