Ran out of ice tea on a Thurs.No one made more sat with empty glass for 10 minutes.waiter had no big concern.Tried to order when we sat waiter would not allow us to. Did not bring salad to a member of our party, Dinner finally came and their salad. The experience was waiter tried to bring all tables bread, then salad then entree. When we all sat at different times.

Best Italian food I've ever had. Better than the fine dining places in Scottsdale like Etta and Fratelli di Bufala.Even the service was top notch.Vegetarian options: Sole Pizza. Or just remove the meat from any pasta.

Love this place. They don't have gluten free items, however, you can bring your own gluten free pasta and they will make and cater any of their dishes for you as they are made to order.

Absolutely great food. Everyone had a different dish and all were incredible. Chicken Piccata, B & G, Linguine and meatballs all were great! As for the help, Jacob was truly the best waiter we had our whole time In Scottsdale. He was so helpful and kind. We will be back!
made a reservation and it was honored and place seemed busy..lWednesday dinner... first time visit. surprised busy inside and outside patio. total confusion.... ordered our dinner all four of us.., nothing off the menu...47 minutes later our food arrived ... all correct...large portions but not the greatest food...no basil anywhere. chicken picatta! service and kitchen was completely understaffed... never go back. can't understand why the tables werE all busy.. wait and wait does not add to goo service. never again...

just had an amazing meal at Basil & Garlic. Claudio, the owner, was busy at work, but took the time to greet us. meal was oversized (stromboli) so I have leftovers. nice ambiance. will definitely return to have a great meal again. John V

Took my family there to celebrate my youngest daughter’s 20th birthday (as my baby girl requested) Everyone was so welcoming and did a fantastic job making my daughter’s special day wonderful. Food, service and atmosphere were awesome. Thanks again and definitely will return.
