All locations never answer their phone. I’ve called seven different locations and none of them answer the phone.

It's the day of my my brothers birthday and we always order the peanut butter and chocolate ice Cream cake days in advance. This is the 3 rd year now they have ruined the tradition. Last year messed up the colors and name. This year they text me day of and tell me all locations are out of peanut butter & Chocolate..... You lack customer service and thank you for the text the day of. Stephanie the store manager, dude empty your mailbox so customers can contact you!! Cold Stone here we come

I came in and ordered a Banana Royale. To my dismay I was informed it was no longer on the menu. The 2 amazing gentleman working asked me what was in it ?! Then proceeded to make it for me! That is above and beyond customer service!! And satisfied my specialty ice cream craving!! Let’s get the Banana Royale back on the menu! Thank you!!

Marquis and Juan were awesome! We brought our 4 grandkids after a day at Great Wolf and these two young men made it a great end to a great day with smiles and ice cream! There needs to be more customer service like these two young men provide! Great hires and kudos to the management for keeping them around!

I stopped into today and was blown away by the customer service! Venus and Antonio were the two team members working, and they were absolutely awesome-some of the best service I've experienced in a long time. They were friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed happy to be there. It's clear they take pride in their work, and it made my visit all the better. Five stars all the way!

This location is dirty! The spoons that they direct you to use are also where everyone puts their used sample spoons 🤮 also there are only 24 flavors, not 31. The staff is mildly unhelpful, and the flavors available were blah, in my opinion 🤷

today I went the the dunking baskin store an picked up a quart of ice cream which on the menue board it said 7.29 which i had no problem because like the ice cream I also got one scoop cone the total for the two was al.ost 15dollars i asked why I was told the price went i I up 2 days ago not changed on menue board an a one scoop cone wase almost 4 dollars that's way too high the other thing was there was a big puddle of water on floor near the drive up window an all the employees would stand in it but not clean it up i mentioned it i was told the drain is clogged another thing I noticed was sauce bottles on floor under tables what happen to cleaning up after yourself

I have been by the place roughly 5 times within a month period. They NEVER have what I want. Either they are out of the flavor ice cream, bananas or they are out of hot fudge. It doesn’t matter what time of day I pop in, it’s always the same response “we are out of …….” So I leave with nothing. Needless to say I will be going elsewhere.
Horrible experience ordering a cake. I placed the order a week in advance, set a pick up time to coordinate with my son's birthday party that was being held at a place in the same plaza. Showed up at the approved day/time and no cake. They let me know that their cake maker had quit 2 days prior. So nobody thought to contact the people that had upcoming orders and let them no, there would be no cake. This was a custom cake for my sons party that was happening in 15 min. I get that things happen, but a call would have been nice. I ended up having to rush over to coldstone, and get an already made cake, and it made us late for our own party. So that was fun. Never ordering from here again, I will just go with coldstone.

They had hardly anything in stock. The place was a mess. Workers weren't hygienic(the guy helping me kept having to pull up his pants and wasn't washing his hand.) I went in with orders for 5 people and because they had so little in stock we ended up leaving with just 1 of the orders. To top it all off, this took 30 min to accomplish. I wouldn't go back or recommend anybody to go to this location. You'll leave frustrated and disappointed.

They had hardly anything in stock. The place was a mess. Workers weren't hygienic(the guy helping me kept having to pull up his pants and wasn't washing his hand.) I went in with orders for 5 people and because they had so little in stock we ended up leaving with just 1 of the orders. To top it all off, this took 30 min to accomplish. I wouldn't go back or recommend anybody to go to this location. You'll leave frustrated and disappointed.
