today I went the the dunking baskin store an picked up a quart of ice cream which on the menue board it said 7.29 which i had no problem because like the ice cream I also got one scoop cone the total for the two was al.ost 15dollars i asked why I was told the price went i I up 2 days ago not changed on menue board an a one scoop cone wase almost 4 dollars that's way too high the other thing was there was a big puddle of water on floor near the drive up window an all the employees would stand in it but not clean it up i mentioned it i was told the drain is clogged another thing I noticed was sauce bottles on floor under tables what happen to cleaning up after yourself

I have been by the place roughly 5 times within a month period. They NEVER have what I want. Either they are out of the flavor ice cream, bananas or they are out of hot fudge. It doesn’t matter what time of day I pop in, it’s always the same response “we are out of …….” So I leave with nothing. Needless to say I will be going elsewhere.

Horrible experience ordering a cake. I placed the order a week in advance, set a pick up time to coordinate with my son's birthday party that was being held at a place in the same plaza. Showed up at the approved day/time and no cake. They let me know that their cake maker had quit 2 days prior. So nobody thought to contact the people that had upcoming orders and let them no, there would be no cake. This was a custom cake for my sons party that was happening in 15 min. I get that things happen, but a call would have been nice. I ended up having to rush over to coldstone, and get an already made cake, and it made us late for our own party. So that was fun. Never ordering from here again, I will just go with coldstone.

I went in with orders for 5 people and because they had so little in stock we ended up leaving with just 1 of the orders. To top it all off, this took 30 min to accomplish. I wouldn't go back or recommend anybody to go to this location. You'll leave frustrated and disappointed.

I went in with orders for 5 people and because they had so little in stock we ended up leaving with just 1 of the orders. To top it all off, this took 30 min to accomplish. I wouldn't go back or recommend anybody to go to this location. You'll leave frustrated and disappointed.

Worst 31 flavors in North America is right here in Scottsdale. How can a 31 flavors only have 10 flavors of ice cream in the store? Not only that, how can you not have the iconic Jamocha Almond fudge in stock? How about we be honest with the public and rename the store to “10 flavors nobody likes”.
Former employee!!I couldn’t work this location anymore and I had to quit. The new manager (Mariah) would make us reuse the creamer, milk and almond milk. Not only did they make us save the dairy products the donuts and bagels are DAYS old. The manager told me to just “heat it up in the oven” so it would make the bagel less hard. They also reuse cups and wash them to “save more product” so know that you probably drinking out of a used cup. Employees were treated horribly, if I got called in on my off day and I said no she would ignore me the day I come in. Cherry on top!! There is mold in the freezer, the racks just have mold spots. Please don’t eat here anymore. It needs to be checked out.

Not sure what exactly is going on with this location, but they are always out of numerous flavors, and if they do manage to have something, they never seem to execute to expectations.... for example, a chocolate milkshake I recently purchased was mostly unmixed scoops of vanilla ice cream...Other locations close by are a much more satisfying experience... go to those instead

I went here the other day with friends and we had a terrible experience. I ordered a strawberry refresher and loaded hash browns. Caffeine makes me sick so I asked them to substitute the green tea with water in my refresher. Later that day I had an intense anxiety attack and i knew straight away that they didn’t use water in my refresher. With my loaded hash browns, I asked them to NOT put bacon on my hash browns and as soon as I got my food I saw the bacon. I wasn’t the only one with bad experience, My friend ordered a smoothie and a sausage croissant. When she got her food it was cold and they had to remake it for her, and instead of giving her a smoothie they ended up giving her a refresher instead…. This place is a 0/10 and I would completely avoid coming here.
