Ordered door dash through this store. They forgot my son’s ice cream. When I called they offered to drive the missing item to us. I didn’t even ask for them to do this so I was very appreciative as my son was very upset. After I give Alina our address she then states I can’t deliver that far. My address is only 6 miles away. She then began to argue with me. I got a $7 credit from door dash and no solution resolved by the store. Didn’t even offer a free ice cream to make up for their mistake. Terrible service. Will never go to this location again.

We usually go to the one on Cactus but felt like a change was necessary. We were not disappointed. The service was pleasant and profesional and even though it was busy, they worked through very efficiently. The atmosphere is much better. We will frequent this more often for my favourite pistachios/Almond Icecream.

Thank you BR Scottsdale for the beautiful and perfect cake. We normally order in person but decided to submit online, and with no issues at picked up the most perfectly iced and colorful delicious and delightful cake. Thank you, made our celebration 🎉

Alina and Josh took care of us and they were wonderful! Excellent customer service from them both, super sweet to myself and my daughter daughter for her birthday. Picked up a Baskin-Robbins cake and the cake was also delicious! Thank you, Elena and josh for making it great!

Stopped in to get ice cream but the cones are stale. Will not return.

I might be a little biased because it’s 9 PM and still 106° outside, but this location has super-friendly people and the ice-cream is very creamy and delicious. When you want flavor variety, or a cake, or a shake, or a sundae, this is the go-to spot for the area.

We had a great experience! I took my 2 little ones in for an impromptu ice cream date last Saturday morning. They have these adorable chars here ice cream cups that come with matching hats! I got the unicorn and my boys got the alien (monster) and dinosaur. Not only was it delicious, but my boys had so much fun eating out of their special cups and wearing their hats. The guy at the counter was friendly and polite and even the customers were pleasant, engaging in conversation with me which was a nice, neighborhood ice cream parlor feel.

Delicious Icecream cake and lovely service. This cake is my favorite melted all the way before you start to eat it. So delightfully light with good chocolate tastes. Provides five big portions from a full roll as the thick cut is needed when melting completely. Thanks Ladies at the counter.✌?
