This place felt like a local hangout. Large bar, tightly packed tables and a small spot for a band in the front. When we arrived, about half of the tables were empty but we're still covered with dirty dishes from previous guests. We stood and the "please wait to be seated" sign for quite some time before realizing no one was going to come and help us and there were no 'clean' tables available so we just sat down at the bar. The bartender did her best to ignore us but we sat right in the center of the bar so after walking back and forth a dozen times and helping some other people who sat down after us, she finally said hi. We said we were ready to order and she asked if we wanted drinks. We were on lunch break so we ordered a water and a coke and as I continued to order my food, she turned around and walked away. The beverages finally came, I ordered the Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich, their specialty, in the medium spicy 'Chicken Clucker' version. My friend had some kind of chicken salad. The Nashville Hot sandwich was very crispy and had a good bun but it was a 2 on a 1-10 spicy scale and just didn't have the Nashville Hot flavor I was expecting. The garlic fries were awesome and unique in their puffy wedge, deep fried, garlic crispyness. My buddy liked his salad and it looked good but in general this was an underwhelming experience across the board.

Atmosphere was nice! I gave 3 stars because it is small and crowded. Medium heat chicken sandwich has a greasey sauce which made things messy.

Ok. Drinks were average and atmosphere wasn't quite what we were looking for, but we decided to try the ultra hot chicken bites since we were hungry, and they weren't much more than just Tabasco type heat. Was hoping for habanero or ghost level, but really weak on heat.

Avoid this tourist trap! We were told by our server that the bartender was mad at him for something so maybe that's why drinks for 3 came out one at a time with a decent wait between each and my second round was not even the right drink. I was served a pink Moscow mule. I sent it back and didn't order another because we watched the bartender (relatively tall girl with dark hair) throw a fit to our server over it. We had one appetizer and decided that was enough. Overall this place is a really awful vibe.

Came in at 7pm on a Tuesday and was severely disappointed as the

Food 0/5 - Had the Nashville hot chicken sandwich. The chicken and breading was flavorless and whatever flavor was there was drowned in “Spicy Aioli”. Bun was quickly soaked through and covered in grease. Our table looked like we ate messy wings with how many napkins were used to keep ourselves clean.

Atmosphere - Really struggled with this as it was “open mic night” which shouldnt have been bad but it was nearly impossible to have a conversation due to how loud the speakers were turned up. With speakers placed every dozen feet on the ceiling it alienated those who came in for food and conversation vs those who wanted to listen to their friends/family sing.

Services - was OK but with how loud it was it made it hard to have basic conversations.

I would strongly advise people to try someplace else vs taking a chance on Belle’s.

Having experienced the original hot chicken at Prince's and Hattie B's in Nashville, Belle's version is not hot nor delicious.

Ordered the Honky Tonk Fries as an appetizer. They were served quickly but the Nashville paste left a red greasy pool at the bottom of the dish that was not edible.

Main entree we ordered the Nashville hot chicken sandwich with the Mother Clucker spice level but it failed to deliver. My chicken was over breaded and burnt. I brought it home so I could take a picture for my review.

I changed out fries for Brussels sprouts $4 up charge we're good but not with the expense.

Overall this was a let down and over priced for the quality of food.

Live music was of good quality and not too loud.

Miserable disappointment. We were so excited for a Nashville Hot Chicken experience in Arizona! But wow... More than a letdown, it was a miserable disappointment. Singer was good, bar was nice. Food was overly greasy, with no heat at all. Chicken sandwich was sitting in a huge pool of grease, and had no heat or flavor. All of the seasoning was in the breading, not the meat; and little flavor at that. Onion rings were over breaded and swimming in grease. We were super excited to eat here, but I'd avoid like the plague. Extremely unfortunate!!!!

Wouldn't know because we got on a wait-list and stood at the door 8:37pm. At 9 a party of 4 left and about 12 people walked in because the door attendant needed to "step away" We waited for her to return and asked her if our table would still be ready. She assured us we were next. We kept waiting and and at 9:20 left after watching several people leave and no one getting called in. They called us at 9:26 for our table.

We were trying to find a divy bar to hang out in and while I would not call this a dive bar it was good enough to scratch the itch. Bartenders were great and drinks were good. Love country music made for a good time. A bit of an older crowd when we went but it was still fun!

"Super fun place to eat! I had the Jambalaya, and it was delicious, but I wish they'd added noodles to it."

Waited 15 minutes to be acknowledged. Not busy at all. Was asked to move to a smaller table, I chose the bar where I sat again waiting for service. Guess this is the snobby part of Scottsdale everyone speaks of.
