This place felt like a local hangout. Large bar, tightly packed tables and a small spot for a band in the front. When we arrived, about half of the tables were empty but we're still covered with dirty dishes from previous guests. We stood and the "please wait to be seated" sign for quite some time before realizing no one was going to come and help us and there were no 'clean' tables available so we just sat down at the bar. Ok. Drinks were average and atmosphere wasn't quite what we were looking for, but we decided to try the ultra hot chicken bites since we were hungry, and they weren't much more than just Tabasco type heat. Was hoping for habanero or ghost level, but really weak on heat.
We were trying to find a divy bar to hang out in and while I would not call this a dive bar it was good enough to scratch the itch. Bartenders were great and drinks were good. Love country music made for a good time. A bit of an older crowd when we went but it was still fun!
