Best coffee place in old town Scottsdale. Their breakfast burritos are so delicious and a must have if you like burritos. I love that bake their own pastries and are fresh every day. Their staff is amazingly friendly and make the best drinks.
One of the barista at 13:40 on June 21st commanded me to close the door just because I left it open for few seconds. That was rude! Know your place, this is not how customer should be treated.
At one time was my favorite; but things have changed not for the better. What happened to the service? This is sad
Great coffee and baked goods. Their croissants are buttery, flaky and delicious.
The coffee is brewed with attention and care.
Only drawback: very few seats inside.
Coffee is great, the space is tiny, which if you're dining in on these hot days can be unnerving to find a seat.
Coffee was bitter, ordered a lavender latte and vanilla latte. Both coffees were awful. Service was okay, barista was not nice but wasn't rude. We weren't sure if it was our turn to order and barista didn't say anything, kept staring straight ahead. Ended up going a couple stores down to simply shroom. Baristas were supper friendly and actually looked like they enjoyed what they were doing.
I heard about Berdena’s on social media and visited directly after landing at the airport. I was surprised to see how small the cafe was, but they have a few outdoor tables available and there are plenty of benches placed throughout the shopping center. Their avocado toast was incredible and their iced latte was okay.
Love it here everything is so yummy including matcha, Carmel brownie, and breakfast sandwich!
My coworkers recommended the breakfast burrito. Sooo good! Excellent ingredient distribution, crispy bacon, aoli is excellent, and the salsa is packed with flavor. Absolutely recommend.

I live a block away and frequent Berdena’s. Pros: quality rotating coffee, cute atmosphere and patio.
Cons: Pretentious baristas. Of the 10-15x i’ve been here I haven’t yet to see a barista smile. Also, I asked about the grade of their coffee to get an idea of the quality of the bean etc, and they didn’t know and looked at me like I was asking a ridiculous question. If you’re gonna be pretentious, at least be somewhat knowledgeable about the coffee industry and what you’re serving.

This place is amazing. We have been here over two days and the baristas are incredibly nice and knowledgeable. The espresso is amazing, pastries are top notch. While we are here visiting, this is our only planned coffee spot!

Nice little cafe, we tried out while in Phoenix and decided not to have coffee at the hotel where we were staying instead, try out a new cafe everyday. This one is at Scottsdale downtown. Seating outside and inside. As it was a warm sunny day, decided to enjoy coffee and some food outside with family. They also have some food to grab.
Vegetarian options: You do get few vegetarian options to eat.

Don’t expect to go there without getting attitude from the employees there. Extremely rude and unhelpful
