Berry Divine Acai Bowls

All we eat is berry divine acai bowl.

I love the acai, but the costumer service was HORRIBLE. The product was good but the worker was so rude and was overall horrible at her job. She has curly red hair and glasses. She was so rude and talked angrily. When she got my order wrong, she handled it very rudely and also put LESS product the second time, just because she was mad. Please do something about her and her attitude.

I absolutely love this place! The Acai and fruit are always so fresh! My husband and I absolutely love it! Our favorite location is the one off of Thomas and 16th street in Phoenix. The ladies who work their deliver quality and consistency every time. They know the exact amount of Acai to fill up the cup and they put the coconut oil at the bottom with some of the granola so it make a candy bar and just the right amount of fruit! The ladies at this location are amazing and the manager has our ordered memoried.
However, the Greewnay location has some work for do. The staff is very friendly but they do not know how to make the bowls correctly. We get half the bowl of Acai. For the price that bad boy needs to be filled up. I have gone to this location twice and have been disappointed with the lack of Acai and fruit in the bowl. They do not know how and where to put the fruit or the coconut oil and the bowl is also half full.
We will continue to make the drive to the 16th and Thomas location or even the Scottsdale road location so we can recieve the quality and consistency of this great product!

I absolutely love Berry Divine bowls ! Their açaí bowls are so fresh, healthy, and super delicious. It’s the perfect spot when you want something light, refreshing, and full of flavor. The ingredients always taste natural and clean, and it’s a great option if you’re looking for something that feels good and tastes amazing. Highly recommend!

They used to be very generous with their açai, and now the bowls are getting smaller and smaller, and the prices went up. I used to go here twice a week and now I rarely go and tonight was the worst.

This place has my favorite Acai bowls around! Love it for a sweet treat early mornings or to replenish after the gym. After coming here for a few months I have only ever once been greeted upon entry, and typically end up having to talk first because the employees will just look at me otherwise. Clean for the most part inside, I can't help but notice the super dusty vents whenever I am in, but the food area is always clean. I tend to avoid bowls with strawberries because they always feel frozen or more solid compared to all the other fruit. Bummed with my visit this morning because their machine lost power and no one noticed, and would of been a 10-15 minute before being able to be served. I still intend to come back because the acai bowls are just so good

I go to other locations in Phoenix all the time so I know how they should taste but the açai bowls here taste disgusting

Very unfriendly staff. The staff didn't engage and we were not greeted upon entering. The atmosphere was poor, the customer service was non-existent, and the bowl was overpriced. I was visiting with my family from Texas and wanting a positive experience. If the employee working today is reading this, I hope you find a job that makes you happy because this ain't the one (:

My family and I recently stopped by Berry Divine, and while their entire menu looked amazing, it was the Sedona Bowl that transported me straight to another dimension.

This isn’t just an açaí bowl, it’s an edible masterpiece. The deep, rich açaí base was as smooth as the red rocks at sunrise, grounding every bite like a force of nature. But the toppings… the toppings were something else.

The vibrant red strawberries sprawled across the bowl like Sedona’s sandstone cliffs, creating a striking visual that almost felt alive, as if the bowl itself were a tiny, edible canyon. The blueberries and banana slices tumbled like river stones, smooth and perfectly placed, while the granola added a crunch that reminded me of the crisp, sunlit trails winding through the desert.

Every bite felt like standing at the edge of Cathedral Rock, taking in the stillness and beauty of nature. The flavors came together so perfectly, it was as if the bowl had been crafted by the vortex itself—balanced, energizing, and undeniably magical.

I’ve had açaí bowls before, but nothing quite like this. Berry Divine doesn’t just make food, they create experiences.

I left a review on YELP but never heard back after this disgusting encounter. It won't let me add a picture, but in my yelp review, you'll see it. My daughter got a bowl for us to share and we received a WORM!! Absolutely disgusting. We tried going back once since this happened but with the bad attitude from the worker, I wish I never gave this place a second chance. NASTY. (P.S. the worker was putting LIQUID acai into these soft serve machines. REAL acai does not come in bags!! Also has WAY too much added sugar. YUCK!)

The fruit was so fresh, and the portion size was perfect! The service here was great, the girl at the register greeted me right away and asked if I needed any help with the menu. She took the time to ask me about my day and definitely left me with a smile on my face. I definitely will be coming back again!

The bowl was so refreshing and yummy! There were lots of options for ingredients. The service was also amazing as I was greeted and offered many different options for what I should get. Can’t wait to come back!

This place used to be my go-to spot, but lately, it’s been a letdown. First, my favorite employee, who was always friendly and made every visit enjoyable, doesn’t work here anymore. She was honestly one of the best things about coming here. Now, the service is unpredictable, with some staff showing no enthusiasm and others giving off a bad attitude.

On top of that, the prices have gone up recently, which would be fine if the quality matched the increase... but it doesn’t. The açaí has lost its appeal. It isn’t enjoyable because I used to be a loyal customer, but I just can’t justify it anymore because of pricing and bad service. I’ve decided it’s time to start making my own bowls at home. Unfortunately, this place just isn’t worth it anymore.
