Better Buzz Coffee – Scottsdale

I asked the guy about reward points and thought I’d ask him about how to make an account to start earning but he seemed very rude, as he didn’t want anything to do with me. Probably the worst guy there that I’ve come across. Bro if you don’t want a barista there are other jobs.

Honestly just really want to shoutout Cheyenne (hope I’m spelling it right) we came in at 6am on a Sunday and she was absolutely amazing and was so patient and helpful. You don’t get good hardworking people anywhere anymore! So refreshing to see good people still exist! Keep it up! :)

Tired of Starbucks and common coffee shops. If you want coffee that gives you a zing and has an articulate taste then this coffee shop is great and they have a few varieties of unique coffee available for purchase.

The Arizona locations have missed the point. The California locations are where it’s at! I used to live in California and always loved the better buzzes out there. Unfortunately, I’ve had several experiences where my iced coffees are warm and gross! Today I was at the Frank Lloyd Wright location ordered an iced coffee and it was warm and I even told myself to remember to tell them “can I get my iced coffee cold” which I shouldn’t have to ask for and I completely forgot once at drive thru and lo and behold it was warm.I’m located in Mesa so the last handful of times before today’s visit I’ve gone to the Kyrene location and it’s the exact same thing. My iced coffee is warm with maybe 3 ice cubes. And I’m not talking a little less than cold its as if you ordered an iced coffee and didn’t drink it for eight hours and it sat on the counter so I’m not sure what they’re doing here at the Arizona locations but I’m done with this place. I even commented a few months ago on the Instagram as I follow better buzz but no reply nobody said anything to my comment, but then they commented on other comments.

Update: I messaged the manager below the day after he responded and of course I never heard back. This company doesn’t care about its customers.

I ordered what I thought was smoothie. It was more like tea with dried fruit floating in it. Yuck! I either got the wrong thing ori had a wrong idea about what a smoothie was.. Good sandwich though and the people were friendly enough.

Absolute rip off, the bigger drink costs more than Starbucks Trenta and it’s not the size of a venti. Then they fill your cup full of ice and I barely got any coffee for $7.69.

Lorena and her team at Better Buzz are so friendly, so helpful and always serve the best drinks! We frequent this locations for mid-day office pick-me-ups and they always meet our needs and exceed expectations. Always the best of service with genuine smiles! Highly recommend! Thank you!!

I went to the Scottsdale location and had a 10/10 experience. I was immediately greeted at the door by Cheyenne who also took my order. She was super sweet, and recommended their drink with maple cold foam. So good!! Thank you Cheyenne, I will definitely be back.

Decided to pop in for a quick late while visiting my sister and I do not regret it. Zoey made the most phenomenal Snickerdoodle Late. I only wish I lived more local so I could go in more often! Great environment and great service!

This place surprised me, I didn’t expect the coffee to be so good. I get a breve latte with two Splenda every single time as a first try and it was perfect. I have no idea how the one person behind the counter was able to do like 30 orders in 10 minutes. She was superhuman or AI just kidding. I will definitely return and try some other other special drinks.

I have a face that looks like I am ready to hurt somebody. Despite this, the service I get is phenomenal. Everyone is always polite and quick on their feet. Tess in particular always has great energy and a voice that makes me feel welcome.
