No one was at the counter to order, so I stood there for about 5 minutes and then lady walked up behind the register, I made eye contact and said hello, she set some bags down and then turned around and walked away? She didn’t acknowledge me whatsoever. I immediately left. Very bizarre experience

Was the only one at the bar..bartender was largely absent doing God knows what..was out of one beer..chose another and ran out while pouring..told me sorry and she would charge me for a pint instead of a tall.. still charged me for a tall.. management spoke with the guy changing the keg on Spanish the entire time in front of me never acknowledging me with even a hello.. absolutely awful and never again.. don't waste your time and money

It’s hidden inside of Gecko Grill. The banana bread flavor is awesome. I also recommend the passionfruit, I’m not really a passionfruit lover, but this one hits different. The staff is awesome and they even send it out on a robot.

Tried to call in an order at 930 and the girl who answered hung up the first time and when we called back she said they close at 9pm every night and even though they are answering at 930 the kitchen was closed and they were trying to get out of there.

Three size options.I ordered original milk tea with boba.Firm boba, strong black tea base.About a 15 minute wait, you can find the order counter in the back right corner of the restaurant if resides in.There are limited boba options in PHX so I may be back but I plan to try other spots before returning.Looking for-soft boba-creamy milk tea-balanced flavor profile

The Taro Milk tea with boba is one of the BEST boba drinks around! Plenty of delicious boba and the taro milk tea was just the right sweetness. There is indoor and outdoor seating. Very clean and nice. They also have SNOW! Haven't tried it yet since the boba drink was enough. Their panda mascot looks like an alien drinking boba.
