I have been super excited about chasing new experiences, and this place has definitely left a lasting impression.(we wont be back) The atmosphere is cool,it has a picture wall at the back of the restaurant near the restrooms, the vibe is quiet and low-key. Now, the food was horrible and lacked luster. There was zero flavor, and the shrimp was overcooked. The fries were boring and just had lobster atop of cheese fries with Parsley added and also lacked flavor. The lobster was fishy and just overall not worth the $81 we paid. To be black owned, it didn't give the vibe or flavor I was seeking. Thanks for having us today, but it wasn't what we expected. Even the basic drinks lacked carbonation from the fountain.

Ordered takeout. They were sold out of almost everything, (I called about 1 hour before closing). We were able to get 2 lobster tails, shrimp, fries and a side salad for about $85. Did not come with drinks. Fries and breading were a bit soggy once home after 10 minute drive most likely due to styrofoam containers.

Great spot... loved the atmosphere. Food was amazing!!!! I had the lobster and grits!!!! Can't wait to try the rest of the menu. Very personable experience. Staff is very attentive, nice, and friendly. Will definitely be going back. Well worth the hour drive for me.

Seafood with Flavvvvvor. It's a wonderful atmosphere with indoor and outdoor seating. The food was fresh and plentiful, especially the Lobster Mac & Cheese. I definitely will return.

I have been working in the area for about three years now. I came across BK Lobster PHX when I was getting some fast food for lunch. Never knew it was there and it showed. Went there the first time today and man was I impressed. The service was quick and the food was amazing. Mad that my company is moving to Mesa because this place is amazing and I would have eaten here almost twice a week. If anyone hasn't tried this place please do. I got a Shrimp POBOY and man was it good. I'm from Louisiana so I know some POBOYs and BK Lobster did not let me down.

Jonathan rocks the customer service while Sam quietly makes magic. Easily the best lobster I’ve ever had, and it’s one of my favorite foods so I know of which I speak. If you’re ever in Scottsdale/Phoenix make a point to go there, you won’t regret it. Great jobs guys!!!

This place closes between 3-4 but they dont advertise that on their google page. Made me waste time to drive up here and check them out when they could have just posted their hours correctly.
