Place rocks!
I like this place, and the coffee is good, but the food is not good at all. Forever ago I had a burrito and it was so bland that I threw it away, decided to try again recently with a breakfast sandwich and unfortunately had the same experience. Better food would make this place great.
Great stop at Black Rock Coffee in Scottsdale. I ordered a small Americano and it was excellent—smooth, bold, and full of flavor without any bitterness.
The staff was welcoming and had my drink ready in just a couple minutes. The inside was clean with a modern setup, and there was plenty of seating if you want to stay and relax. Drive-thru service looked quick too.
If you’re in Scottsdale and need a strong, well-made coffee, this is a solid choice. I’ll be back to try one of their specialty drinks soon.
Really good honey lavender iced latte
This has good on/off access to the 101. They usually have vegan pastry options. Service is nice/friendly.

Ordered a medium hot mocha and got some peppermint bull crap. Apparently you need to dbl check your drinks before you leave. Tipped to just get the wrong drink! Last time I ever tip a black rock employee

Been a fan of Black Rock for a while now, my only negative is the music played and that's because it's a generation thing. Grab a pop tart and indulge!

I always love stopping by here. The place was a madhouse, but my coffee was great.
Dietary restrictions: They are limited on their gluten-free food options, but they do offer a few things.

Cute place overall and I've been there several times but I don't think I will in the future. The bathroom is always dirty (trust me, I gave the benefit of the doubt but no, every time...), the music is too loud (the bass literally reverberates and you cannot hear each other like at a bar). Not the experience I want first thing in the morning. Alas.
Every time I come to this location I don’t get my points . I look at my history on my app and it not on there I gave my phone number and they said they got . But my points never go on my app . I go to other locations and I get my points it’s just this one . I ask them each time and they said they got my number and I’ll get my points but I never do today I would have gotten my free one for next visit. No points …

I love black rock coffee I just moved over by this one and every time I got there I wait at least 30 min for my drink even when they are not that busy. Everytime I order a coffee its watered down and doesn't even taste like a coffee I get at other locations.

I love Black Rock. This location I do not. Their coffee can be awesome and you can have a good experience- as long as the right people are working! I’m a frequent visitor after moving this way last year, and my same order comes out differently each time- with allergens/restrictions ignored on quite a few occasions now.
They will not offer to remake your drink right away if that happens (basic customer service , any other place would?)
I had so much fun trying to explain being diabetic to a 16 year old girl just to even get the remake offered to me.
Shout out to the 6am crew today for being the worst I’ve encountered! The extra 10 minute drive to go to a different location is worth it.
