Somehow this Black Rock Coffee location is able to hire the most pleasant, courteous, and really fun employees. Even new employees quickly learn customer names and their preferred drink. There is one negative to this place, and it’s not the employees fault. But coming to this location in the afternoon can be frustrating because they only have one employee working. Wait times to get a drink can get way too long when its busy. If you’re in a hurry, afternoons at this location...

Staff are great but not enough of them. Person on til has to break off to fill orders. This isn’t the fault of the 3 people working. Another 1 or 2 staff would get people served in good time instead of waiting for 5-10 minutes for the server to come back to the till.

Coffee & drinks are good. Place is clean and atmosphere is nice.
