Can’t recommend this place enough. I accidentally knocked a full coffee right into my mother in laws lap and a really nice lady came out with a mop, helped me clean it up then without even asking just re did my coffee order. Thank you so much :)

Came here for the first time today and really enjoyed my time here. Clean spot with a great vibe—cozy leather seats and cool outer space graffiti cool lights and a sliding “garage door” to open up for inside and outside vibes. Brooklyn was an awesome barista, handling drive-thru & front like a pro. Hard worker—great hire by Black Rock!

Thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Black Rock Coffee Bar this week. It’s a great place to grab a coffee and pastry and catch up with a friend.
The staff is friendly and inviting and provided great service. My order was easily placed and ready rather quickly.
Seating is copious and comfortable. There’s even outdoor seating for these nicer Arizona days.
I look forward to heading back and trying more items!

The pastrys are bad, I got a banana bread and it tasted gross, threw it out after 1 bite. It had a rubbery texture, maybe they are old not freshly made. Coffees are good just don't eat the food!

We come through the drive thru almost every morning and are met with friendly faces who are quick and eager to help! The new loyalty program has been easy to use and makes it simple to track your points and next free drink. Great place for coffee and a morning bite ❤️ personally I’m obsessed w/ the blueberry scone!

$40 order with tip. Alone in the car, 5 drinks and 2 cups of donut holes. Marked the drinks (black marker on a black lid) BRILLIANT. No carrier for the three items. Worst customer service ever at this location. Next trip the tip will not be automatic, it will depend on the service. Very Disappointing!

Ended up getting a refund for the lack of service. Pulled into the drive through with 10 min until my appointment. 7 cars not moving. Backed out to go in instead. New person at register with no clue what she was doing. Took about 15 min and still no coffee. More then one customer upset wondering what is going on. Ended up getting a refund and being 10 min late to where I was going. Asked for a manager and Rory said he was a manager I had to wait and it was first come first serve. However I came in before the 7 CARS in the drive thru but the new person was stuck ringing up 4 gift cards and then not even helping make coffee. Literally teenagers running this store!!! Please.. Learn how to multitask and realize how long people have been standing in the store to help accordingly when busy. Serious lack of urgency. Will not be back to this location. Been a customer a long time. Pulled in at 11:20 and got a refund with no coffee at 11:37. There was one person in line in front of me. 17 minutes. Insane!!!

The music is so loud i cant think , staff cant adjust and no manager overseeing the place for some reason. Drink was fine but cant enjoy my experience i feel i need noise cancelling headphone

I love Black Rock because they have so many gluten free options for food. I've gone to several locations and never had any issues with food. Today I came to this location and got the gluten free Vanilla Donut, within hours of eating it I'm super sick, all my regular symptoms of eating gluten. This is so disappointing. I want others to be aware that all locations do not handle with care. They also changed the point system AGAIN and I lost the points I had in my account. So disappointing that they did this again within the same year!
