Build your own, to be grilled for you. Meat options: frozen beef, chicken, pork shavings; shrimp is extra $ and limited hours. Don't go too crazy, tempting though it may be. The sauces are last, but it helps to know them so you can build for you belly and tongue. Hard to notice, but there are pild and vinegars up top.
Now the fun part. Watch the grill master take your combo to the next level. Hot and softened.
There are also 2 soups and soft serve ice cream for customers.

I came in today for some togo and the girl at the front desk was so nice to help me. She was polite and just sincere. This was around 6:30pm

Overall It was a good experience, but it lacked a lot of sauces, it was wafered meat, very different from KC Mongolian Barbecue, so it felt kind of limited, but i liked the service and food here. Staff was very professional & courteous.

I gave this place a chance hoping it would benefit both sides. Unfortunately since I already have a full time job, this place just wasn’t working for me. Thinking I had the comfortability to communicate this to my employer, this is the response I was met with. I have never met a more immature and arrogant business owner, this response was very unprofessional. I was in my 3rd day of training, no interview or meet up with the owner. (thank god). I have never experienced such incompetence from a business or manger. On top of that, they hire cooks that will sexually harass you with no help. This place has no management and it shows. This lack of professionalism concerning.. I don’t see this place staying for much longer. Please stick around to read some of the other replies from Ed (the owner) to prove me correct. Thank you.

Absolutely love this place! The veggies are always fresh, the sauce choices are phenomenal and the noodles are perfect. They have such great soups and rices to add to your meal at no extra charge, as well!
I usually go for the take away option and they provide you with everything you need right at the front counter.
The store is always clean, well stocked and very fairly priced. Definitely stop by next time you’re at the Scottsdale Pavilions center. The delicious smell from outside is enough to pull most people in.

I really wanted to like this place — they have all the tools to succeed: a fun concept, plenty of ingredients, and a good setup. Unfortunately, the execution fell short. My stir fry came out undercooked, the white rice tasted old and was even a bit crunchy, and the only ice cream flavor available was horchata. To make things worse, the sauce bottles were leaking and messy to use. It feels like the restaurant isn’t paying attention to quality or upkeep, which is disappointing because it wouldn’t take much to make this a great experience. A little more care and consistency could really turn things around.

Really good food for a great price. I was hoping for some good Mongolian stir fry and they exceeded my expectations. Once you pick out your bow size, you get to pick all of the foods and sauces you would like and the Chef does the rest. My only advice is to make sure you pick the sauces that you will like unless you’re ok with the outcome of experimenting.

In my opinion, Blazin is better than YC’s. Good options for your bowl and high quality food. I am sad that they got rid of their peanut sauce though. This was my go to every time, so might not come as much now.

Rude service and after you spend a ton of money, they won't sell you a Togo box to take your first plate of food home. The food that cost $20 a plate. Have been here several times, but this is my last time. It seems spending $300 on food means nothing to them, because that is what they told me.

Good food just couldn't understand the charge of .50 cents for a to go box, really? Won't go there again unless I can bring my own leftover boxes.

Happened to get to Roadhouse Cinema very early and, as we were hungry, we decided to try this restaurant. What a delightful experience. The food was wonderful, the assistance we received was very helpful and staff was cheerful. Just the right blend of do-it-yourself in picking out the vegetables, rice, noodles, etc., each of us wanted in our bowl and in mixing our own sauce in which it was cooked. They gave us prompt service and didn't rush us at all. Be assured this won't be the last time we go here. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Got food poisoning from this place last night.

I was at Home Depot, smelled the Mongolian BBQ in the air and decided to give it a try for dinner. It was the only thing I'd eaten since 11am and woke up at 3am with insane stomach cramps. I'll never go back.
