Took my family here for dinner and I was not disappointed. The manager ( i think his name was Ed but I can't remember ) provided above and beyond service for my grandmother that wanted a salad. I would recommend this place for anyone that wants a good filling meal and a place with great service from the staff.

This is most likely the third Mongolian AYCE we've visited in the past year or so. Pricing is always about the same. $20 Cooked perfectly. I can't stand it when the grill "master" decides to flood my food with tap water? What's the point? What might be the reasoning? Anyways, this master cooked my bowl perfectly! Wished I lived here! Food extravaganza!

Second time I've ate there. Very friendly staff very clean facility you put together your own Bowl and they cook it for you. The price includes your drink and ice cream for dessert. Sure yourself your own sodas or drinks big variety.

There is food in the ground and in general it's messy. The flattop cooking surface is disgusting. And it was only 5pm! Not even the end of the night. Generally the food is good but I can't help but wish it was a bit more tidy.

We live in West Phoenix. We miss the Mongolian that was at the Metro center parkway. It's worth the drive to come out to Scottsdale and eat at one one of our favorite restaurants. I still wish the one in the Westside would open back up. It's been over a year and a half that we've made the trip to the east valley. It's still delicious.

I payed up fromNormally I love this place but today they really made some mistakes and whast worse they won't make them right I will be taking to the manager and seeing if thus 10 year plus customer can get this sate again for my alerts ti ny food alrgrys normally fine here but today 100 percent a bird if health issue and they claim saliva is out of the building all day and no Manger is here ...when it comes to alrgrys you don't tell your customer to relax you do it again and sayI. So so srry and dry off the rice noddkes some or alow them to be put a sideIve nevr left here withouttwi full blows and tody i cant eat my dinner and i drove1 hour plus to come here for the safty of ghis place in the pastNot ok do better i was chaneged a secind bowl for putting suase and some of the dripping wet noodles aside in a sause bowlI was also not aloud to go get more sause and my exteamly wet noodles taste liek waterThey also put no real effort into cleaning the gril i asked them to do it again they won'tI also called the guy over to show him as they put a second person's food on my shared grill before fully removing mineCalled the other loaction they were pissed at this placeMy mom called spoke to Alex and he now says he's the manager and will come over and re do them I've now wanted 15 min nopeSo im takimg my pre payed containers to go from them cause they are holding them liek a child vs giving them to meAnd ill give it to my boyfriend guess I'm getting a refund and a free meal or I'm calling the bord of healthAlex is a night managerLuis is the guy in photos who laughed and thinks it's some jokeBased off of the reply from the owner being completely not on point not on topic and ignoring everything I've just said here. I asked the griller to do it again. And allergy protocol. Was not taken and I also have pictures. I didn't even add here.... I also caught 3 of the staff members in complete lies on video tape. No one could show ID proving who I was actually talking to and by the time I got done with I actually Got them to admit that the sauce bowls were for everybody. And that there were much better ways to handle what happened? None of which they're addressing in the comment. So far, I have not received a refund. And none of this excuses the behavior of the staff. And cleaning off the grill is not the same thing as not pouring. Someone else's food on the grill while you're cooking mine.And the calls I'm referring to were to the original owners of the establishment which was why semen go in to ask how they feel about the exact same process.... Then my other call was into your shop. I called my mother to call and see if her manager was available and he was But when I asked inside there was nobody there, but over the phone. My mother was able to get of someone on the phone... And then I asked the person who then suddenly was a manager but they couldn't show any ID...I did .Leave my phone number for Sylvia, which is who I was told. Was your manager to call me tomorrow? Hopefully we can resolve this the right way... If not, it's time for the board to help the step in.

The food was delicious and I really like the buffet style. However I wish they enforced people wearing gloves. The tongs often fall into the food, and the man behind me was repeatedly coughing INTO HIS HANDS and then using his ungloved hands to touch the tongs again. It wasn't busy so it's not like the cashier didn't notice it happening. I know the food is being cooked at high temperatures but still...
Loved the experience of making it your own. You can also have them make a recommended bowl for you. My go to place while visiting the car show on Saturday at the pavilions

This used to be a YC'S Mongolian but the food and service changed more than the name.Not a greeting or smile to be found.Price in line with normal hikes but the food was unnerving at best.The sauces were watered down, if that's a thing. We had to ask for sweet and sour sauce.After my 2nd bite of the beef/pork the flavor taste raw/bad. So I put the food in my 50 cent box and off I went a bit sad.

It was clean, organized and efficient. Had choices between a small, large or all you can eat bowl. Provided gloves do you can pack the food down in the bowl for more food in your bowl. Lots of fresh veggies and sauces! Will go back!

It has been forever since I have been to Mongolian BBQ. It was so delicious. They have recipes on the wall, which was super helpful. Staff was very friendly and spent timefiguring out which tea was decaf. Would definitely go here again.
