They’ve decided that Instagram and TikTok videos are the best way to serve their customers. A limited menu that has nothing but cute names and plenty of cheese. Every item is $18. Only drinks available are similarly named and priced.
Very disappointed after having thoroughly enjoyed previous visits and experiences.

They decorated so cute for Christmas!

Wish they had actual food thou. They only had appetizers. We got the nachos and the Santa’s snowball and it was very good.

Spicy chicken sandwich was a chicken patty on toast with jalapeños. The turkey club was “grilled” turkey on toast. Food was not up to par

Worst meal I had in Scottsdale and incredibly overpriced. I would go anywhere else but here. We ordered a nachos to share and my dog wouldn't even eat them. The chicken tasted like it was fresh out of the microwave. Service was nonexistent. We got our meal and one drink and never saw anyone again. Overpriced and subpar. Don't waste your time and calories here.

Great cosmo and chicken sandwich for a weary traveler. Grateful

I feel that if you are a member of Hilton, if you get there early they should give you a room to wait till your room is ready. Not just put your suitcase up.

Bartender was a little inappropriate with my husband. I mean i know he is very good looking and thank you, but when you keep looking and keep trying to smile at him, and keep trying to walk by the pool, when me his wife and kids are right there. And no she was not getting any look back trust me. Became disrespectful to me.

This was our first visit to this hotel. When we arrived we weren’t even greeted by the man behind the desk. He appeared to be disturbed that we bothered him. All he said was that the room wasn’t ready which was fine with us as we just wanted to be registered and wanted to be contacted when the room was available. Why we couldn’t use the parking garage right away was a mystery. When the room was ready, the same person said “Oh, you’re back.” We were told nothing about out the hotel policies, nothing about the features, nothing about breakfast in the morning and nothing about the on site restaurant. After that, the room was clean and as expected. Due to a medical issue outside the front door of the hotel the next day, our stay got extended. The manager talked to my wife and said to let them know what they could do. I should give the hotel 5 stars for the visit except our experience with the front desk upon arrival as awful. We remained courteous throughout the process but he needed to be trained better.

Returning customer. The Good: Nice facility. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. The Not so Good: Parking costs $20 per day. Breakfast is $10 for a bagel and coffee. $25 for "the works" that barely meets my idea of breakfast. CCTV? Lack of cameras is concerning. Little "nats" or flies were bugging me in my room. I ended up spraying them with room sanitizer which actually worked

It is the the Hilton Garden Inn bar, so not sure if I would recommend a stop unless you are staying there. That said, usually will stop in for one or two on the way back to room for a nightcap. Typical hotel prices for drinks and food, we only ever get churros with dipping sauces, delicious. Closed for food at 10 and drinks at 11, not sure if that is seasonal.

Great stay at the HGI Old Town Scottsdale. Perfect location. Close to many great restaurants. Only steps from Old Town. Nice pool area and the rooms are quiet and comfortable. Great hotel atmosphere at sunset too. No complaints at all. We’ll be back. Thanks!

Service was nice however, the wings had been frozen and were very freezer burned.

Clean modern hotel by the Old Town area, with many restaurants within a couple of blocks. Good service and nice breakfast buffet. Rooms have nice updated baths and pleasant decor and furnishings. Comfortable bed and good amount of space. There was a coffee maker fridge and microwave and bottled water I was pleasantly surprised and would stay there again.
