Only 2 kids working and they're overwhelmed with orders. Very slow, but can't blame the workers.

Disappointing experience at Boba Tea Company last night. Despite arriving 20 minutes before their stated closing time, we were told they were already closed and couldn't serve us. Poor communication and inflexible customer service left a bad taste. Hopefully, they'll improve their hours and staffing to better accommodate customers in the future. 2/5 stars.

Only tablet ordering, but it automatically puts on a tip, which you have to catch and click “other” to even be able to type $0. $8 for a drink that takes 10 minutes to receive, with zero guest interaction should not have an automatic tip attached. Also, the only black tea drink on the menu is a very fragrant chai. I wanted no chai in the black tea, but not an option on the tablet and there was no way to actually get a team member’s attention. (Another reason the auto tip was annoying)

I recently visited Boba Tea Company and had a fantastic experience. The drinks were incredibly delicious; each sip was bursting with flavor and perfectly balanced. not sure how the tea is because i’ve currently been waiting 45 minutes with 0 progress. they’ve been putting out maybe 1 drink ever 20 minutes and that is literally not an exaggeration.
