The tea here is good, but unfortunately I have to give this a one star review. I’ve had their tea multiple times over the years and this was the first boba I ever tried back in 2016. I’ve never been allergic to anything in my life but twenty minutes after I started drinking this tea my lips started to go numb. Then my tongue, then my mouth, then my entire face and throat. Because I’ve never been allergic to something before I had no idea what was going on but I had to quit drinking the tea because I couldn’t feel myself swallow. I called the on call nurse who said I must be allergic. So when I was back at this location I told them what had happened just so they could be aware that allergies can be caused. They were very kind and gave me a free drink. Within the month I had moved to LA and over the years and since moving back to Phoenix I’ve tried lots of different Boba places both here and in LA never once getting an allergic reaction, assuming it was just from coming into contact with Boba; even though I don’t have an allergy to tapioca. I’ve even had tea from this same location with no reaction. But recently I had tea with jellies, like normal, in the bottom and had the same exact reaction happen once more, only I didn’t come in contact with any Boba. Now I honestly can’t say whether this was due to cross contamination or to me being allergic to something else this location uses that came into contact with my drinks each time, but I want people to be aware that this can happen. Be careful about choosing this location. And for any employees reading this, I’d suggest trying to find a solution since I’ve had tea from boba shops many times over the last nine years with no such reaction as I have with this exact location. Whatever you’re doing is causing a health risk and I think you should be aware of it. I’ve learned my lesson and won’t have your tea again, but I find it odd that out of all the times I’ve had tea from boba shops, this has only ever happened at your location. Just be wary of that. Thank you. I don’t want anything to happen to anyone. I would suggest Bubblebee instead. Or even around here Shakes & Cones or Haagen Dazs.

If I could have words to describe this business. It would surpass the dictionary the thesaurus even. When I went to go grab what I thought was gonna be a nice sweet treat I was greeted to an abomination and hoard of people not organized in a line crowding around what seem to be like the front of the store when I go to see if I can order the manager takes my order or what I assume is the manager I was asking about drinks she didn’t make eye contact a single time and spoke in a very monotone voice with a little bit of an attitude. When She finally got around taking my order (with an attitude). It took what felt like years before actually getting my drink. And Once it was handed Out another girl who is blonde handed me my drink didn’t even say have a nice day turned around and started talking to her coworkers and laughing very very unprofessional and what was the nail in the coffin was my drink was messed up and so horribly disgusting that I had to throw it away. All of the workers here look like they want to die or at least be doing anything else but working. I would employ you to spend your money somewhere better perhaps even the Starbucks that’s right Next to this place.

Whoever the manager is of this establishment needs to supervise the employees, they had the longest lines of any place in the food court and to get one drink. I had to wait over 20 minutes in line while there were three employees working one of them I don’t know what they were doing. One was working, passing out drinks and the other male employee was just throwing ice around, talking and showing stuff to the other employees on his phone while many people are waiting in line to spend their money - Terrible customer serviceDefinitely will not be back

I went in to boba and it was one of the best boba experiences I’ve ever had. The workers were nice and hard working. I went at around 4:30 during rush time and I thought that the drinks would take a long time but I had it within minutes, if I could give a 6/5 I would. Definitely coming back
