not sure how the tea is because i’ve currently been waiting 45 minutes with 0 progress. they’ve been putting out maybe 1 drink ever 20 minutes and that is literally not an exaggeration.

Very rude young employees with no customer service. Closed down before actual closing time not wanting to take any more orders as mall was going to close. They were still making drinks, kiosk self orders was still open but as soon as she told me no, she turned them off before being business hours actually ended. I was only one left to order and she refused and was extremely rude about it.

Was very surprised to find good Boba at the mall. The menu is a bit overwhelming, but the staff was very helpful in helping me pick out the right flavor. I don't usually stray from my matcha green blended selection when I go out for boba. I had one great experience years ago and have been forever chasing that same boba high. They didn't have that on the menu (I'm guessing it was too boba basic for them). With great hesitation tried a variation of my usual with their Kimono boba. I was pleasantly surprised. Plus the boba balls were excellent- just the right amount of chewy. My boyfriend had a fruity boba, can't remember the name of it. I think he had boba envy as I had the better of the two drinks.

Service is good :) the lady was very friendly BUT the boba tea is wayyyyyyy tooooo SWEET. I got the lady dragon and by looking at the ingredients I already felt it was going to be super sweet so I asked to not put vanilla in it but the end result still turned out to be super sweet. This is not the traditional boba tea you thought it would be. Texture of boba is okay but the liquid part is unbearably sweet.

This drink was $6.25 without tax. It’s the size of my fist. boba was so soft it practically melted in my mouth so that just means it was a leetle over cooked. Also I asked for a smoothie and it came out the consistency of milk.

I had stopped by there's a Boba Tea Company location located on the first floor of the Scottsdale Fashion Square mall. At first I was kind of skeptical to see what kind of boba that they had here. I'm from LA where there's lots of boba spots so my internal bar was set kind of highI ordered the tropical drink and it was pretty good. I can't complain and it was refreshing since it was so hot out but as I was pretty good. Now I'm curious and intrigued on how some of the other drinks are but overall it was good. The team members were really cordial and hospitable.I ordered at the counter and they were able to answer some of the questions I had in regards of what some of the toppings were. There's different types of drinks in the different categories listed on the menu so it was organized with what I was trying to go for.

Waited 30 minutes in line to be told they were out of everything we were ordering 9 teenagers. One asked what the sugar free syrup was and told idk he asked her to look at the bottle and was told no. Ordered 1 thing out of the 9 we were going to.Corporate needs to pay a visit to this location for sure.
Very difficult to understand the menu. When you ask the young servers they don't even point to the menu board but to another menu by the till. It was all double Dutch to us.I ordered a Bella and loved it. One of the other drinks went straight to the trash as it wasn't liked. We were asked whether we wanted something like a gummy at bottom of our drink. We didn't know. Was horrible.We went to order again. Got what we liked second time round, however, considering it was the same kid serving us.... he should have made it for free. Customer service should be alot better than that.

They never have boba, I waited for 15 minutes, to let me know they run out of boba, i stop coming to these locations because is always the same, they were nice but no boba in "boba tea company" should be unacceptable.

The employee was very rude, when I got my drink I said thank you and noticed it wasn’t sealed so I asked if she could seal it and she slammed the bags of stuff that was in her hands before coming over, I tipped her and I felt that she was unfriendly, and seems mad every time I come in and she’s there. I said thank you twice and she didn’t say anything back. I’m not going order anything if she’s there, we shouldn’t be treated poorly if she’s going through something. It’s your job, if you don’t like it then move on, don’t make customers feel uncomfortable and over charge them.
