Disappointed by the staff. We came in mid morning. There was no line behind us and three staff members available standing behind the counter. My son is 4 years old and selecting which doughnuts he wanted. The staff rushed us and acted like we were bothering them. We also ordered two iced coffees which they tried to ignore us twice when we asked for them. Seems like they have plenty of staff to help customers... why be rude and try to rush us out?

We stopped by for two sandwiches, one coffee, a hot cocoa and a donut. We noticed not even a block away from there that there was some food missing, we called and the person that answered the phone was very rude, hard to understand but she denied us paying for our stuff, and she hung up on me. Never again! I don’t like giving this kind of reviews but I don’t think this is right.

Love that they have a drive thru and are open late.
These are amazing doughnuts. No more QT or Circle K. I'm not allowed to go here more often because I get yelled at when I bring them home. Can't eat just one. It's physically not possible.

Found plastic in my Thai tea boba. Almost swallowed a sharp plastic triangle shaped item. Barely started drinking my drink when this happened. Addressed the issue with the store and they refused to throw away the items and make new ones. They refused a refund and they told me it was ME WHO PUT IT IN MY DRINK!!!! I wonder how much plastic I drank.
