I've loved bosa for years. This time I went for a boba and saw the guy cough straight into my drink. I risked it anyway and now I have a soar throat. Don't think I'm coming back anymore...

Staff is nice but donuts are mid. It's good if you just need to grab something quick and go. Reasonable prices for what you would expect from a donut shop.Parking: Plenty of free parking

Surprisingly, good soft donuts. Mosr choices are very sweet, but a 1/2 or 1 will be enough. They also have a decent drink mix.

Overall the experience was overwhelming. The donut plus the size, toppings, thickness, filled with. Was to the extreme. I feel if they could open a shop in Massachusetts. They'd have some new customers. The donuts beat the competition 2 fold..

Spectacular donuts. Great selection, fresh as can be. You cannot go wrong at this place. Coffee was good too. I will be back next time I'm in AZ.

First time in AZ and this was spotted close to our hotel. Walked in and was greeted with a good morning. The gentleman behind the counter answered all of my questions about the donuts and didn't make me feel rushed. We got a Boston cream, white powdered, original, chocolate glazed and a regular glazed. All are so fluffy and taste so good!

Honestly, bosa donuts was good once upon a time!! . But I just got sold day old donuts and was lucky to get a one good one because they did not have a day old substitute to put in its place . I WILL GO BACK BUT ONLY ONE DONUT AT A TIME AND WONT PAY NEXT TIME YOU HAND ME OLD FOOD I WILL GLADLY NEVER GIVE ANOTHER CHANCE I HOPE NO ONE EXPERIENCES THE TRUE DISRESPECT WE DID TODAY

I wasn't gonna write a review till I pulled bits of yellow scrub brush out of my mouth. Super gross... the kinda bristles you find on a toilet brush. Staff was friendly enough. They let me pass up the group of junkies that kept nodding while ordering at the counter. Everybody always talks up BoSa, my first encounter was ROUGH to say the least.

I've been coming to this Bosa location since 2009 and it still has some of the same employees. The doughnuts are always really good and so are the ham and cheese croissants. The employees are really friendly even though there is a slight language barrier. The people leaving rude racist negative comments about the people working here seem to be blm supporters. These people are from Vietnam and Cambodia there body language, attitude, and culture are different and yet they still offer amazing service at this location. As long as this location is open I will keep coming in.

Trying to understand how three donuts now cost $7 ? . so you are telling me it's more expensive than a half dozen. TOTALLY over priced
