ERICA was a FABULOUS waitress/bartender!!! We watched the Buckeyes game at the BB today. She Rocks and the Buckeyes kicked butt. Thank you Erica and the OSUPHX club and the BB staff.

Worst place ever! Bartender charged us $50 for two well vodka drinks and included 25% gratuity for himself without telling us! Do not go there! Also, they text people back on Google to email them, To an email address that’s not legitimate! Literally, every email address they give someone is different! Just read the comments. And they’ve given me two different email addresses, lol! Please don’t go there, they don’t care about customers, they care only about price gouging!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. If I could give this place a negative star, I would. They brought our table bottles that we didn’t order and charged us thousands of dollars for them. We repeatedly requested to speak to a manager and none made themselves available to us.

Poor energy. Mugging me from the front steps was a guy and girl who appeared to be an attempt at security or hosting? Regardless, nasty little place gave me enough bad vibes from the outside that I’d never even bother checkin out the inside. 3.5 star rep and declining

Great place in Scottsdale to come for drinks and music.
Security was extremely rude, asked me and my brother to move three different times in the first fifteen minutes which we did without complaint. At a certain point I don’t know where they expect us to go; it seemed like no matter where we went we were still “in the way”. Completely ruined the vibe for us. Drinks were insanely expensive and mine had little to no alcohol in it. Will not be coming back.

December 18 2022 out with my spouse at the time wanted to go dancing he was told to leave because he violated the dress code as we were walking to leave the one of the bouncer grabbed my legs and next we were violently kicked out ,got a criminal offense involving criminal trespass ………………………bottle blonde is very much gaslighting bar has aggressive provoking behavior is not acceptable

Our group from Canada had saved our best night for this club, but the experience was a letdown. The managers and servers seemed shady—they double-charged us, assuming we wouldn’t notice. Some of our group don’t even drink. We paid with two credit cards and later found out they charged a service fee and tip on each. It’s clearly one tip, so why double it? When we tried to dispute it, they claimed the double charge was temporary, but now that we’re home, it’s still there, and they refuse to refund it, calling it “buyer’s remorse.” Just because the bill is $5,000 doesn’t mean people are willing to overlook an extra $1000.
Be cautious if you’re from out of town—they assume you won’t notice the extra charges until you’re home. I have friends visiting in two weeks, and I’ll make sure they avoid making the same mistake. There are plenty of other options in Scottsdale with much better service. Trying to cheat customers out of a few hundred dollars is just plain wrong.

We recently spent $5000+ and paid 25% gratuity on the bill. Due to miscommunication we were charged an additional 22% gratuity, bringing the total to 47%. The double charge was clearly duplicated in error and we contacted the venue the same day to get it resolved. They told us it was a hold and would fall off, not even mentioning it was additional gratuity. When we contacted them again they said nothing they could do as it was signed. When we noticed the signatures didn't match the cardholder's signature, they ignored us.
We had a great time at the venue only to have the entire experience wasted with horrible and unethical and downright fraudulent service from the managers.
Would not recommend, avoid especially if you're a large party as they will attempt to scam you out of additional tip.
The entire mess could have been avoided if the managers had even a small dose of empathy and common business sense. It was very clear to all parties that the charge was duplicate and not authorized but they decided to hold out.
Over $800, on a $5k bill they will lose any repeat business from our group and anyone we know who goes to Scottsdale, which is a lot of people. We will recommend everyone not to attend this establishment as they are not to be trusted.

Surreptitiously charged a venue fee and service charge turning an already overpriced $12.00 beer into a $17.00 beer. Your server is not getting tipped as a result. Deceptive/unethical business practices. Would suggest people go elsewhere.
