Security was extremely rude, asked me and my brother to move three different times in the first fifteen minutes which we did without complaint. At a certain point I don’t know where they expect us to go; it seemed like no matter where we went we were still “in the way”. Completely ruined the vibe for us. Drinks were insanely expensive and mine had little to no alcohol in it. Will not be coming back.

December 18 2022 out with my spouse at the time wanted to go dancing he was told to leave because he violated the dress code as we were walking to leave the one of the bouncer grabbed my legs and next we were violently kicked out ,got a criminal offense involving criminal trespass ………………………bottle blonde is very much gaslighting bar has aggressive provoking behavior is not acceptable

Our group from Canada had saved our best night for this club, but the experience was a letdown. The managers and servers seemed shady—they double-charged us, assuming we wouldn’t notice. Some of our group don’t even drink. We paid with two credit cards and later found out they charged a service fee and tip on each. It’s clearly one tip, so why double it? When we tried to dispute it, they claimed the double charge was temporary, but now that we’re home, it’s still there, and they refuse to refund it, calling it “buyer’s remorse.” Just because the bill is $5,000 doesn’t mean people are willing to overlook an extra $1000.
Be cautious if you’re from out of town—they assume you won’t notice the extra charges until you’re home. I have friends visiting in two weeks, and I’ll make sure they avoid making the same mistake. There are plenty of other options in Scottsdale with much better service. Trying to cheat customers out of a few hundred dollars is just plain wrong.

We recently spent $5000+ and paid 25% gratuity on the bill. Due to miscommunication we were charged an additional 22% gratuity, bringing the total to 47%. The double charge was clearly duplicated in error and we contacted the venue the same day to get it resolved. They told us it was a hold and would fall off, not even mentioning it was additional gratuity. When we contacted them again they said nothing they could do as it was signed. When we noticed the signatures didn't match the cardholder's signature, they ignored us.
We had a great time at the venue only to have the entire experience wasted with horrible and unethical and downright fraudulent service from the managers.
Would not recommend, avoid especially if you're a large party as they will attempt to scam you out of additional tip.
The entire mess could have been avoided if the managers had even a small dose of empathy and common business sense. It was very clear to all parties that the charge was duplicate and not authorized but they decided to hold out.
Over $800, on a $5k bill they will lose any repeat business from our group and anyone we know who goes to Scottsdale, which is a lot of people. We will recommend everyone not to attend this establishment as they are not to be trusted.

Surreptitiously charged a venue fee and service charge turning an already overpriced $12.00 beer into a $17.00 beer. Your server is not getting tipped as a result. Deceptive/unethical business practices. Would suggest people go elsewhere.

It's fun in there but the bartender named Aubrey is kind of rude and the worse of all is that she charged a gratuity of 20 dlls. automatically in my bill of 88 dlls. Plus the venue fee of 5 dlls. 25 dlls of extra charge of the total bill. I didn't see this at tha moment and i added 10 dlls tip for the service because i didn't know that she already charged 25 dlls automatically. Really bad practice of this business for doing this to customers People please be aware of this when it's time to pay.

CAVEAT EMPTOR! Buyer Beware. Very deceitful tactic of charging auto gratuity at walk-up bar service at the club. 3 drinks equated to $66 to my surprise. It was later revealed that the bartender charged a $9 gratuity without our knowledge. We tipped $10 and then asked for a receipt after pondering the transaction. Upon the revelation and many minutes of deliberation with club manager, we were able to recoup the auto gratuity. Very shady business practice. I will be reporting this to the BBB and state attorney generals office. Stay away!!!

Fun spot. But heads up… they don’t tell you about the auto 18% gratuity and an additional service charge. Pretty sly when there’s just two of you sitting at the bar ordering a few drinks. Would never imagine to look for an auto-gratuity put on the bill. Enjoy the extra $20 tip.
