Fun atmosphere and great service. Drinks were very good. Those that had steaks said they were good. Not so impressed with the sides or 2 shortrib dinners and did not finish either, a bit tough and had to use a knife to cut up. Broccoli Au Gratin was runny and broccoli was way overcooked and mushy. Love the atmosphere and would go back for happy hour but priced like a higher end steak restaurant.

My family and I love to try new steakhouses. Unfortunately, we will not return to Bourbon & Bones and will not recommend it to family and friends. Upon being seated, the server asks if it's our first time. We answer yes. She doesn't offer to review the menu; appetizers, steaks, seafood options, specials, nothing. Instead, she takes our drink order from a menu that includes bourbon drinks for over $300. The drink was so stiff, you could barely drink it. After our dinner was served, with very poor attention to presentation, we didn't see our waitress again for some time. We finished and we waited for her to come by and ask about dessert and/or coffee. About 25 minutes later, she finally shows up and asks about dessert. We ordered 1 slice of cake to share...it never arrived. She brought coffee and never asked if we'd like refills. Finally, after she disappeared again, for the 3rd or 4th time, I went to the manager and asked him to box up the cake as the bill had been paid and we were ready to leave. Now I know why I love Capital Grille -Biltmore; their service has never been short of excellent and although the meal is pricey, it's worth it! B & B is extremely overpriced. Don't waste your time and money, go to Capital Grille.

We were celebrating granddaughter and boyfriends birthdays. Our water glasses were never refilled. My husbands prime rib was overcooked and dry. The 6oz filet is served alone on the dinner plate which makes it look microscopic, at least they could a garnish on it to make it look appetizing. I realize they want to leave room for the sides but would still have plenty of room with a garnish. This was our families 3rd celebration here since the 1st, this one was very disappointing.

Great food but super expensive! $12 for one shrimp! Are you kidding? $14 for a small bowl of mashed potatoes? Otherwise, it was a great place, and I enjoyed dining there. The staff was very attentive and helpful and except for not getting the shrimp cocktail, I was very pleased. 

Best restaurant and staff in Scottsdale. Katie is by far our favorite waitress in the valley

Amazing food, amazing atmosphere. Our service was spectacular. We highly recommend and will be returning! Best birthday dinner ever!

Atmosphere very loud which I did not expect on a Tuesday night. Had hard time taking to my guest as we could barely hear each other. Steak was excellent but the sides not great. The mashed potatoes were tasteless while the creamed spinach was so salty and rich that I could not eat. I ended up leaving all the sides and just ate the steak. The wedge salad had too much blue cheese and not enough of the lettuce. The bacon was excellent that was on the salad. Overall not a great experience especially for the price, don't have any desire to return.

We were a party of two and we sat in the North Dining Room, We ordered the Waygu Flatiron Steak and a 6 oz Filet Mignon. Sides were asparagus and a baked potato. All the food was cooked to perfection. The baked potato with everything on it was delicious and perfect to share for 2 people. The Filet Mignon with bernaise sauce was absolutely delicious. Our server, Sophia, was friendly, engaging, and she was a positive part of our dining experience. We topped our dinner off with the vanilla creme brulee with berries. I highly recommend it! Great evening, and food was prompt and hot when it arrived to our table.

Service and food were excellent! We had the 4 oz filets, which were cooked perfectly! Appetizers and sides were very good. Bourbon buttercake is a must for dessert! Would highly recommend!

Steak was obviously very good although a bare plate with nothing on it but the meat??? Vegetables not very good a very overpriced. Bourbon of course was outstanding. Service with Katie Jo outstanding.
