Bourbon & Bones Chophouse | Bar

We decided to change our table reservation for a spot at the bar. Cocktails and food were excellent. Great atmosphere. Fantastic happy hour menu. We enjoyed the craft cocktails, oysters, ceviche, steak skewers, and crème brûlée.

Food and services were great. The dining room area was open to the outdoor elements. The flies and gnats were mildly annoying as they were attracted to the wine.

Food was pretty good. A little expensive, service was not very friendly. Didn't feel like they wanted us to be there.

The food was absolutely delicious. Their whipped butter and pretzel appetizer was to die for. We also shared the bone marrow appetizer, which was the perfect start to the night. I ordered the spicy cucumber cocktail, and it had just the right amount of heat. The lamb was cooked to perfection. My fiancé ordered the steak, which was slightly too rare, but overall, the dinner experience was amazing.

We have always done the long drive from Scottsdale to the B&B at San Tan Village. Jack the bartender and our favorite server, Brittany kept us going back. Tonight, on our too in frequent date night, we stayed closer to home and tried the one in old town. Jennifer was our server and she was awesome! Jackson helped her and was super attentive! We bought a great bottle of wine during dinner and corked most of it to go home. They packed it up with our leftovers. As we waited in Their parking lot for our UBER, Their bag broke and our bottle of wine broke on the pavement. I went inside and John the manager was quick to have his staff go clean up the broken glass on the pavement. He was NOT so quick to bring me a new one of Their bags and put my leftovers inside. When I ask about replacing the wine he replied "Once you leave the restaurant, it is your responsibility!" NO offer of any kind to make us feel better about the situation! A credit to come back again, half a bottle to take home, (it is one of their top sellers), NOTHING! When you drop $350 (before tip) on a night out folks you have choices!!! I for one will be finding them from now on!!! First and LAST visit to Bourbon & Bones Scottsdale! Sorry

Amazing selection of bourbons and whiskeys. The food was delicious and the service was spot on.

For a $$$$ restaurant, the seating is open which tends to make the noise level loud. We were seated in front of the area where the serving staff stood, right behind my wife which seems a bit weird. Every time I looked up, one was looking at our table. So privacy and a quiet ambiance is not necessarily an option if that's a priority. Food service was great and fast. The bourbon options are amazing. The Jack 12 is available and very good. The wine (glass) seemed a bit oxidized, meaning the bottle may have been opened for a bit and exposed to oxygen that “flattens” the taste. I would recommend the corvin pour or bottle.

If you are looking for meat and bourbon this is your place !!! The selection of whiskeys was unmatched, the steak and the prime rib were amazing. The octopus and dates were awesome as well.

Probably the best meal I've had there. Everything was cooked perfectly and drinks were great! Clint was our server and he always does an amazing job. Perfect amount of checking in and so upbeat and accommodating. Cant wait for our next evening there.

There's a reason this place is expensive. They do everything great. No other 5-star steak joint comes close. It's an experience. Go for tableside flammbe preparation. Outstanding.

Went there by happenstance night 1. Went back as last night while in Phoenix because it was so good. Second visit was just as outstanding. Only disappointment is it's there and not where I'm from. Wow is all u can say.

Food was great, table server was excellent. Made reservations two weeks ahead requesting booth for elderly parent. They ignored the request and tried to sit is at a high top in the bar.

This was my first time dining here. It was wonderful. I arrived early for my reservation in order to have a drink at the bar. The hostess was more than happy to seat me early. Which was nice as the tables were already set for dinner service and available. I appreciated that they told me they would seat us whenever we were ready. All staff were very polite and warm. They were also very knowledgeable about their menu items. Our steaks were cooked to perfection per our temperature preferences. We also had sides and salads that were also delightful. I will absolutely be dining here again.

My expectation for a dining experience was less than ok. I believe our server meant well but we expressed taking our time and enjoying our conversation and food. We arrived early so we would not hit there popular times and had plenty of open tables. The appetizers arrived and she asked if we we're ready to order dinner, we said no not yet and she promised to space out the servings when time was ready...we'll we didn't even finish our appetizers and the guys came over to take our plates away...we said not yet we didn't eat half yet, he insisted and said our steak was ready and arriving. Not happy!!! We asked for our Rib Eye....medium rare...they did there flambe and it was more then medium...tried not to complain since it was for a birthday dinner...unhappy about being rushed and takes away from our special evening.

This place was amazing. First I've got to thank Constant Technology for taking my co-worker and myself to this restaurant it was absolutely amazing! I was here Aug 26th and the service was incredible. The cocktail berried alive omg I wish I was close by to get some more. Simply delicious! I ordered the tomahawk medium well. I think it was cooked too high heat it was charred on outside and a lot more red on inside than I wanted it was ok. The crab mashed potatoes omg they were so good I have to try to replicate it at home. For the table there was a seafood tower ordered which included lobster, oysters, shrimp and crab legs. I ate everything except oysters (I don't like them) and it was so good. The seafood was so fresh. Pork belly was also ordered I have to say that was absolutely my favorite meat of the night. That was the best pork belly I've ever had in my life. I've been thinking about it for 2 weeks. The bone marrow was good as well. That was my first time trying it. Thank you Constant for including us we developed relationships with people in same industry. The wait staff including bar tender was incredible. So patient, always smiling. It was wonderful service. If I'm ever in Scottsdale again I'm definitely going back!
