Truly enjoyed our dinner. We sat on the patio for some ambiance and quiet time and it was beautiful. They forgot to bring our salad out so they comped us a glass of wine and the filet was delicious but a bit unwarm so they comped us our dessert. All of the food was very delicious. They went out of their way to make sure these issues were worked and we truly appreciated the attention to detail. Highly recommend!!

Great experience with Milan and Cole. Excellent service and service recovery for an incorrectly prepared steak. Highlight was towards the end of our meal, Robert Cerullo recognized us from several nights earlier and stopped by check up on us. That kind of service is rare today. You have an incredible team. Keep up the great work.

Did not seat us outdoor as per our reservation because they overbooked. Poor service. Poorly cooked food. Ruined the birthday celebration. For being part of the Princess, extremely disappointed.

Let me first start by saying that I have dined at many steakhouses in Scottsdale. I'm genuinely shocked that the Fairmont Princess would have a steakhouse like this. I made a same-day reservation at 4 PM for 7 PM on a Saturday — that should have been the first red flag. When we arrived, the restaurant was maybe 30–40% full at peak dinner time. Now I know why. Extremely overpriced and completely underwhelming experience from start to finish. The ambiance was mediocre, and the portions were some of the smallest I've seen for an alleged high-end steakhouse. Appetizers and salads were tiny — the wedge salad didn't even have bacon. Our side of whipped mashed potatoes looked like a single serving when it should've easily fed two or three people. We ordered the $214 tomahawk steak, cooked tableside. It sounded impressive but tasted burnt and didn't even feed all of us. The whole presentation felt awkward and disappointing. We were celebrating my son's birthday, and the complementary “dessert” was literally a single mini ice cream cone. The waiter warned us about it four times, calling it “the world's smallest ice cream cone.” I thought he was being sarcastic — he wasn't. Honestly, one of the most pathetic dinners I've had in Scottsdale. Do yourself a favor and go to Mastro's, Ocean 44, Le Âme, Steak 44, or Dominick's instead. I'd genuinely rather eat at Outback than come back here.

Steaks and lobster pot pie are amazing. Great wine list as well. Service is also very good. I feel their side dishes are a bit underwhelming though.

Steaks arrived cold. Tasted great but three of us had cold steaks. Food was good besides that

To say that our experience at Bourbon Steak was the best one we’ve ever had would be an understatement. Specifically we want to thank Doug, Allan, and Piper. Every course put our way was nothing short of phenomenal. The amount of kindness shown to us celebrating our fourth anniversary was as great as the food itself. In the future when we are visiting Scottsdale, this is going to be a must go. Much appreciation and gratitude to the staff of Bourbon Steak.

Some of the best steak I have ever had! Not to mention the service is absolutely impeccable. Steve helped us out and he made sure our drinks were never empty and that the food was to our liking. This is definitely one of if not the best steakhouses in Arizona.

Everything was worth it! We were celebrating our anniversary and all the staff made it feel more special, even gave us a card with everyone’s signature which we found so thoughtful and sweet! The service was TOP NOTCH. Our server Alan (hope i spelled it right) was also amazing! Gave us complimentary glass of rose and have us try the trio fries! Compliments to the chef as well as the food was also amazing. 10/10! Not just a dinner but a whole amazing EXPERIENCE!

My wife and I visited for the first time to celebrate my birthday and my U.S. citizenship, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The team went out of their way to acknowledge our special occasion, and everything about the evening was wonderful. Our server, Jeffrey, was warm, attentive, and even pulled over an extra table to make room for all of our delicious entrées. Doug was an engaging and welcoming host, setting the perfect tone for the night. Thank you for making our celebration truly memorable!

Overall it was an enjoyable evening it's just extremely expensive. They gave us a booth in the bar so the first hour when the bar was busy we could barely hear each other. After the first hour the bar emptied and it was fine. it was our anniversary so they gave us complimentary glasses of champagne which was nice. We had a great server(Cole C) who made the evening nice. The food was all good but more expensive then other great steak houses. The wine is all ridiculously expensive I had a glass of their better Chardonnay and it was $41 a glass. All the red wine is way overpriced. I guess you have to pay a big premium because of the Michael Mina name. It's a special occasion restaurant but one of the most expensive restaurants we've eaten at and we have dined in may 1,2,3 star restaurants in Europe.

We had the best service at Bourbon Steak for our 10 Year anniversary! Jeffery was our server and he went above and beyond for us on our special day. We will definitely be returning.
