If you want to be ignored when you're picking up your online order come here. I've been waiting 30 minutes so far they have served 10 people that have come in after me and placed their orders. The guy who works near the cash register just doesn't care. Then to make it worse They finish my order They put it on the counter I'm staring at my order They know that 5 more minutes to get my order that was 3 ft from me. The only people who are important are the ones that come through the door not if you order online.

Hair in the food. When I showed it to the server, he just threw it away and apologized. Offered me something else, I was already so disgusted finding that hair that I decided to not have anything else. Barely ate 4 bites of the food, when I asked if he can just refund me, he just called someone and it was taking too long, so I just left!! Never coming back!

Our chicken was cooked fresh and you can tell they use quality ingredients. It is also CLEAN. 100% recommend and look forward to being regulars.

The food was great. The service was excellent! Everything was perfect UNTIL THE OWNER WALKED IN. He is in the picture wearing the cowboy hat. He walked from outside, picking his nose (really!! digging in his nose!). This man walked straight into the food preparation area and fixed himself a salad - never once washing his hands nor putting on gloves. He dug his hands into the shredded cheese and spread it on his salad. He walked several times from the business office, into the kitchen area and the food prep area, talking on his cellphone, talking over the prepared foods to two older men who were working in the back of the restaurant. My husband and I sat there watching him, as we tried to enjoy our lunch. Everything was perfect until the moment he walked in with the unsanitary practices. He never washed his hands. The younger guy who was serving, always wore gloves and was super pleasant. For that, I will give one star, but you wonder why people get sick from eating out? THIS IS WHY! Owners like this guy come in and think they have the right to do whatever they want. Well sir, you are disgusting!

Wow and wow!!! Our first time eating here and we are beyond impressed. The food was so fresh and tasty. The owner and manager they’re on top of everything. The food came out quickly and hot. The garlic sauce I could eat with a spoon. We had the arugula salad and chicken kabob. I am so excited as they are opening another restaurant near me in Gilbert in 2024!!!

Stopped by for a quick bite to eat and was really impressed with the food quality and price. I paid $12.95 (+tax) for a chicken ceaser salad that was quite large. They cut up 2 freshly grilled chicken breasts in front of me which I was surprised to see was for just my salad. Overall taste was excellent, everything was fresh, and the croutons were quite different and delicious.
I'm not sure where the negative reviews are coming from. I will say the overall customer service attitude is lackluster, but I only really care if the food is good and pricing is reasonable at a quick spot like this. I would definitely go again!

I recently visited this place (3/26) location at 14418 N Scottsdale Road (#185) in Scottsdale and while the food quality was decent, the customer service was unfortunately lacking.An older gentleman wearing a hat (Mediterranean appearance) interacted with us in a rude and impatient manner. His demeanor made my coworker and me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. It felt like he shouldn't be in a customer-facing role.To make matters worse, when we received our bill, we discovered we were charged for additional items we never ordered. While I was frustrated, I didn't have the time or energy to argue the charges.This experience has definitely discouraged me from returning to this particular location.
