Crepes were Amazing! Food was pretty solid.Waffles were good!Pancakes were downright the worst. Tried my mothers after her saying they were bad, and she was right. Tasted like an missing ingredient. Not sure if that's how they are supposed to taste. If so- highly do not recommend them. I just can't imagine them really tasting like this.Staff was very nice! But service was not.Service was subpar- all of us(5+) were thirsty and got zero refills. Couple of us had zero silverware. We had asked numerous times for refills and recieved nothing. No cream with coffee. Wouldn't be a bad place if they had better service.

This was the worst breakfast food I ever had. We came in today and there were 4 of us. When our food arrived after a very long wait of 30 minutes only 3 of the 4 dishes arrived. It took 10 more minutes for the 4th breakfast to arrive. Then of the 3 that arrived the food was raw. They also never asked if we wanted hot sauce or ketchup. So when my food finally came when they were half way done eating arrives my crepe. It was terrible. It was greasy and tasteless. I sent it back and ordered nothing else. I was not impressed. My son's food finally was re cooked and came back to the table. The manager came by and never apologized just said she'd take care of it. So she removed my dish from the receipt however I sent it back so why would I pay for food I never ate? She of course did nothing for my son's raw food other than re heat it. Never going back here again. I've had so many other better breakfast places in Scottsdale to eat at. Very disappointed.

Great customer service. Food and drinks were so fresh. It felt good to be back in Scottsdale coming from Detroit. Perfect spot for brunch on my grandson's birthday.

Tasty food. Quick service.The potato crusted omelet was a misnomer - there was about a pound of hash browns surrounding what appeared to be MAYBE two eggs with a couple toppings. The hash browns were more oily than seasoned, but cooked perfectly.The carrot cake pancakes were a little letdown as they were a generic multigrain batter with some cinnamon all TOPPED with a thick-chopped pecan and a shredded carrots. I had incorrectly assumed the carrot (and maybe pecans) would be incorporated INTO the batter. The vanilla bean "glaze" was actually in between the cakes and more of a (melted) cream, but was quite tasty.

Breakfast just wasn't great. the brioche bun was dry the eggs were over done, the patty was salty. Potatoes were good. The Portabella scrambler was flavorless. really sad this morning.

While looking for a breakfast place, getting lost in Scottsdale came across the Brunch cafe. It was an exceptional experience, the food was great, large portions (enough to have another meal at home). The coffee was great and Madison our waitress was exceptionally gracious and personable. The price was right for the great food.

I eat out often as Scottsdale has tons of great places to eat. I was seated right away and ordered the sweet potato egg skillet and a mimosa. I was less than impressed. The meal was very amateur. The ham was cubed and was uncooked as was the sliced apples. There was little to no Gouda cheese and the eggs were placed right on top. I imagined everything being mixed together, cooked, and smothered in cheese. The sourdough toast was good at least. I guess my waitress was busy because I wasn't given ketchup and only two small things of butter for two huge slices of toast. I finally got up to ask for condiments myself and at that point, my food was cold. There was just no flavor to the food and the cold, cubed ham kind of killed it. There are other reviews with similar thoughts on this dish in particular. The restaurant is cute, as is the patio and you can bring your dogs. Maybe it just wasn't the dish for me but I won't be back here again.

The service was excellent considering we had reservations for 10 on Easter Sunday! Most of the food is really good, but coming from the Midwest myself, I detected a bit of the "less seasoned" style in their Sausage Gravy and Corned Beef Hash. Could be just a preference, though, so don't hesitate to give them a try - I still ate it all!

My wife and I stopped in here for lunch the other day as it was right next to another store we had planned to visit. We looked at the reviews and the menu before entering and it all seemed good. Our experience was very similar to others -- good food and good service. I had the chicken BLT wrap and my wife had the brisket sandwich .. both were outstanding. She had the homeade chips and I the fries.. both were good compliments. The total bill was around $30 so reasonable. We would definitely visit again if in the area.

I went to Brunch Cafe when first opened. Excellent excellent. Served great food always consistent.The pandemic hurt so many great places. To survive was almost impossible to stay above water.Returned today and in spite of this last year seemed to be very well staffed but not sure after food at breakfast not sure when it if I will return. It takes so much effort and constant eyes on allaspects of food and service but quality is most important too. Don’t mind spending 35-40.00 for two people but potatoes not even warm. Totally cold. Remade. It not sure what they were cooked in but off tastes d pancakes barely warm. Just didn’t feel like a great breakfast which we hv always had there. Server very nice but not completely focused on service. Had to ask for check from someone else. Just not a great experience this time. I Was in food service for many years and this has been so tough a year Now that we r turning a corner improvements hv to get back in line that this place will thrive again. Sorry but this was a total disappointment this time. Lots of competitionaround Didn’t see a manager anywhere but two or three host staff seemed excessive on a Wednesday Bring back your shredded home style potatoes homemade. We’re outstanding. The best ever. Thank you.

We needed to find a quick breakfast spot before hopping on a flight, and got very lucky with this nice brunch cafe in Scottsdale. Adessa, our server, was incredibly attentive and friendly, and the food was beautiful and delicious. I enjoyed the strawberry cream-stuffed Belgian waffle, hub had gravy and biscuits, and we shared some delicious bacon. All were wonderful!! I also had a hazelnut cappuccino that hit the spot :-) We'll look forward to our trip back to Scottsdale soon, and will certainly return to this great cafe!!

My girlfriend found Brunch Cafe via google and we were both so excited to try it. They did not disappoint. Everything we had was absolutely amazing. I had the crepes and she had a skillet. Our food came out very quickly. The restaurant was really clean and the staff was so friendly. We can't wait to go back.
