The young lady working was so rude and impossible to talk to, we were waiting for our Boba and the girl working behind the counter was very rude to my little brother who was just watching her make Boba.

If I could live here I would. My starbucks addiction to mocha frappes has been replaced with the Chococcino here. I love this place so much I got a cup holder extender for my car just for these drinks. Chloe the store manager is super friendly and always makes me feel welcome and she also makes my drink the best! I will note that if you want the honey boba specifically DONT come in at 10am open time. Everytime I've come at open or even 30 minutes after open they haven't started cooking the boba yet. If you like popping boba the store is open at 10am for you, for my Chococcino the store doesn't open till 11 am for me. I used to go to the Bubble Bee in Arizona Mills as well so having a location closer to me has been wonderful! Makes me want to move into the Scottsdale Quarter apartments so I can walk down stairs and get my drink every morning 😆

I’m not one to leave bad reviews (or reviews at all honestly) but I went to get boba today and I was so incredibly disgusted and disappointed. I’ve gotten drinks here in the past and never had a problem before but as soon as I walked into the store there was a nasty smell throughout the whole establishment, almost like sewage?? they had their front doors open so I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and just assumed maybe the smell was coming from outside (it wasn’t), and that should’ve been my first sign not to get anything to begin with. Once I got my Thai tea with boba, I took single zip and IMMEDIATELY knew something was off. I took a second sip just to make sure I wasn’t going crazy and after that second sip I felt sick to my stomach. The drink tasted like straight up rotten eggs. I removed the top seal of the drink to smell it and let me tell you the smell was even WORSE. They definitely served me spoiled milk. I don’t understand how the worker there couldn’t smell how RANCID that milk was. Honestly maybe they couldn’t smell the milk because of how bad it already smelled in the store. I immediately returned to get a refund but the girl behind the counter “didn’t know how” to give me a refund and insisted I get another drink free of charge. WHY would I want to get another drink from you if you just served me SPOILED MILK?? I ended up just getting an iced tea free of charge because it was taking this single employee wayyy longer to figure out how to simply just give me my $7 back so I was like whatever just give me a new drink I guess. Was so repulsed/disappointed with my experience i will not be going back to an establishment that served me spoiled milk. gross.

My favorite boba shop in Arizona. I do hope the drinks are truly natural and organic. The bobas are always consistently chewy. Make sure you ask for only one pump of sweetness as that will make all the difference.

Chloe was amazing. Our drink didn’t taste like what we wanted we addressed the issue and Chloe went ahead with no hesitation, remade the drink and made it way better also gave us a bigger size, that girl deserves a raise. Thank you Chloe!!

Saturday, July 26, 2025–the place was packed with customers and also had people coming in to pick up pre-ordered drinks. One girl working. She was AMAZING! Patient, efficient, incredibly industrious, and working —fast. Kept everyone happy as she was serving a great product. They are lucky to have such an employee who respects their product and serves it so well!!
I genuinely feel for the staff working here, as this is one of the most poorly managed establishments I’ve visited. There’s consistently only one employee behind the counter, visibly overwhelmed and struggling to keep up. Wait times for drinks typically range from 15 to 30 minutes; my daughter waited 23 minutes for a single small drink.
Adding to this discomfort, there appears to be an ongoing issue with the air conditioning. At this very moment, their thermostat reads 92°, making the already lengthy wait unbearably hot. It’s disheartening to watch the employees endure these conditions.
I am writing this review hoping it catches the attention of the franchise owner and prompts necessary improvements. Until operational issues like staffing and air conditioning are resolved, I encourage others to voice their experiences honestly. This team deserves better management and working conditions.
