Terrible customer service. I always visit here when I’m at the quarter. I go in and get the same drink every time. I was so bummed as I was excited to get my treat after dinner! I literally crave this place! But the girl tonight was rude and put out to say the least. The people I was with had questions and had never been there before and probably won’t go back after tonight .I was so embarrassed as I had hyped this place up and they were excited to go. She did not even make eye contact and we had asked questions. She would only tell us which area to look under on the menu and that’s it. Never made eye contact with any of us just sat staring at the register. We all 3 just walked out. Which is not good considering there’s a boba spot 2 doors down that I went to and will continue to go to. There they were courteous and friendly and didn’t mind any questions we had. I encouraged everyone that was heading to bubblebee to go to the boba spot 2 doors down. Save them the experience of this incredibly rude girl. I will continue to deter people from visiting this place again. I want to spend my hard earned money with people who want my business. Lost 3 customers in less than 1 minute. Customer service is everything.

Horrible Horrible customer service!!! I asked for a large Cali girl drink and asked to split. They said No. ;(Then I asked for a large Cali girl with a cup in the side so I can split myself. Again the answer was No. ?I left the store very upset that my daughters couldn’t enjoy a Boba drink to share. They are age 6 and 8.Such rude customer service! The line behind me also heard and was appalled at the customer service. I will never ever go back again and make sure we make that clear to friends and family!

Ordered king taro fat cup and this branch is nice. My only complaint is the actual cup. Never fits on any cupholders so if i want to drink and drive, it's a pain. Overall, good milk tea.

It’s incredible that this place has authentic bubble tea! It was so nice to know you are able to pick your level of sweetness and there’s so variety of teas and selection. The owner Dee was so nice with us and the staff was quick and nice too.

Cute little boba shop! They've got a great location in the Scottsdale Quarter. Their menu is extensive. They have so many options and you can customize practically anything on their menu. I went with the Papa Guava and it was really refreshing. I wasn't a huge fan of the popping boba, wish I would've swapped that out. They constantly had people coming in and leaving but the staff were all quick and friendly. Nice little treat to grab during a hot Monday in Arizona!

Love this cute little Boba tea shop. Greeted as soon as we walked in, gals went over the menu on highlight selections, and the items we ordered were super refreshing and quenched our thirst on this hot summer afternoon. Only down side is the location gets super busy, seating area is small and parking is no fun. We may have to walk a distance. Plus side the parking garage is free. Just gets super full fast.

The best boba place to ever exist, I have gone to many others before but none have been at the same level as bubble bee, the drinks are absolutely amazing and it's a honestly amazing place.

I've been going to Bubble Bee (scottsdale location) since it first opened and I ADORE this place!!! Coming from CA boba has been a part of my life from a super young age and Bubble Bee is everything I love in a boba drink plus some. They have a wide variety of specialty flavors and blends and the best part is most everything is ORGANIC! Hell yeah! The King and Queen Taros are my absolute favorites. Super creamy and I also love that their drinks don't have that air freshener type artificial taste cause ewww. One thing I will say is i've noticed in the summertime when its an ungodly temperature they always have the doors open and I asked one time only to be told there's no A/C which is criminal considering their employees have to work in that condition as well as customers coming in when its like 90 inside and everyone is already on the verge of heat induced rage. There were also a few times where my drinks were super watery when I asked for honey and they clearly didnt put any in. These are the only reasons I wouldn't give a 5 star rating but overall Bubble Bee will always be a go-to and I'll continue to get others addicted to their delicious healthier boba drinks

Stumbled upon this shop while walking around Scottsdale Quarter after dinner - I really enjoy boba, so it seemed like a great treat! My husband chose a matcha iced drink and I told the cashier I liked taro (there were a few options). She chose the Queen Taro for me. Pricing was as expected for the area and wait time was normal for boba. The atmosphere in the shop was really cute!The drinks themselves were extremely underwhelming. Neither was very sweet - which was a win, as it can be too much at some boba places - but they were also extremely watered down. The flavor was barely there. The honey boba was average; again, not super sweet, but also a little too chewy. I've never /not/ finished a boba drink before, but I couldn't get through this one. We realized we were both trying to finish them because they were expensive, but gave up and tossed the bit that was left.Cute shop. Cute decor. Staff wasn't very friendly. Boba overall was below average.
