I ate at this location for the second time a couple of weeks ago. Food was good but service was slow. The menu showed the "small" portion as the default with an upcharge to make it large. I was served and charged for a large portion despite not asking for one. It was wasted food and money as the small portion was all I wanted and I was unable to take a to-go box. By the time the check came, we were almost running late for our concert and there was no time to ask for a correction or to speak with a manager (we arrived with less than a minute to spare). Our waiter was also unfamiliar with which wines were available by the glass and which weren't. Not sure I would recommend.

It's been a minute since visiting a Buca... probably back in WI. But from the time walking in the door, I realized how much I've missed this place! Music is always our favorite classic Italian crooner.Shayna, our server was so cool, fun(ny) as hell, and on point. Gave great recommendations on wine and fully explained the menu. Very genuine and personable!We did the spaghetti and meatballs with the cheese garlic bread.. ? ? ?Followed with the tiramasu which was somewhat different from what I expected as far as texture but still delicious! We'll definitely be back for some chicken parmeseana!GRAZIE!!

First time going there as someone out of town. Did not expect the family style, large portions offered. Decided to get the "small" for 2 or 3 people. Thought I could finish it, but I was wrong.The service was excellent! Delaney was attentive, polite, and extremely quick with her service. Drinks were fantastic! The manager was very pleasant. The bar section atmosphere was the equivalent of a high class Papa Gino's, which is exactly what I was looking for. Would definitely come here again!

I've never been to this restaurant but my sister has several times and she loves it. The food was delicious the service was good and the atmosphere was awesome. I live in Tucson but I'm thinking about making a special road trip up to Phoenix just to eat here again.
